Wow! I've been to many dentists in my short 23 years and East Texas Orthodontics was one of the best! Their check in system was easy, the front desk staff were super friendly, and all of the other staff that I encountered that day were friendly. They weren't just friendly though, they wanted to talk to you and ask about you! I'd recommend this place to everyone!!

The most friendly staff. My child has had braces for almost 2 years with Dr Brown never no issues. Always very helpful. If she breaks a bracket or power chain they get her right in. I'm so glad we picked this group to take care of our girls needs.

I would like to take a moment to and recognize Tracy (Office manager).Today I went in to my appointment and I got Tracy. She was the most professional, caring, friendly, and very respectful person. She treated me with the upmost respect and did her job well. I would recommend Tracy to anyone because I know she is the absolute BEST for the job. All the staff are great and very professional. Thanks to East Texas orthodontist and Mrs. Tracy I will have the prettiest smile.

From the initial call to Amy, she was kind and caring about a retainer I had that came loose and was poking my mouth. She was able to schedule an even earlier appointment for me on my second call. On the morning of the visit, I was greeted by Amy and other friendly staff. I was taken back almost immediately and the assistant took photos and assessed the situation. She was very professional and friendly. Dr. Brown then came in and worked on removing the retainer. Dr. Brown was professional and friendly and wasted no time. It was then determined that I would replace the permanent retainer with a clear retainer worn at night. When time to check out I was very surprised at the "no charge". They went above and beyond any expectations!! Great experience and highly recommend them! Thank you, Joe

Love Dr. Brown. Super friendly, supportive and professional. Cost was high for the fact that I needed continuing care to complete treatment from another area. Almost the full cost of new patient care. Most places consider placement of brackets 60% of total cost. Office manager has issues. Decided to "dress me down" for being late in front of all staff and patients in lobby after I arrived on time but had a car sick kid throw up everywhere literally as I parked. As if I wasn't feeling terrible already. Seemed to question my mom ability since I had left diaper bag in car BUT MY KID'S THREE! Yes, she had a change of clothes but doubt they still fit growth spurt later. No one should have to blink back tears to get their ortho care finished. She should take her mortal combat skills, "finish her," elsewhere. Adults of good character _privately_ discuss such matters _if needed_. Since we only had one previous tardy with reschedule, her criticism was totally unnecessary. As an adult, I respect others time and ability without getting a lecture. Most of staff are compassionate and helpful. She either needs training or to work in a prison where such conduct is unfortunately more tolerated.

10 stars out of 5!!!! Dr. Brown was the first one to actually listen to me when I just needed a small fix. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I will use him again and again! Enjoy the treats! Y'all deserve them!

My daughter isn't even a patient here, I called in a panic to find a mouth guard for her as she has a game tomorrow, the 3 I had previously ordered were all to big for her mouth!! With as easy as it would have been for them to tell me they couldn't help me because she wasn't their patient, they didn't! She was more than helpful and helped me to get her a mouth guard! I can't thank them enough!!! Definitely 5 stars for amazing customer service!

Amazing very friendly staff,excellent customer service,very clean, and the Doctors are very good with the kids. Would highly recommend!! Dr. Borth is so nice, and every lady at the front desk is super friendly, couldn't ask for better hygienist and assistants. They have offices in different towns and would refer someone to any of them but Mabank is my fav!

Took my wife here for an orthodontic repair. From start to finish, the staff was friendly and very efficient. They make you feel comfortable and part of the orthodontic family. I would highly recommend East Texas Orthodontics and will return if my wife needs anymore orthodontic repairs.

Recently visited the Mabank location, for an orthodontic repair. The office was very clean and inviting. They have a very friendly staff and excellent customer service. They took care of my repair quickly and I really liked Dr. Borth, He was very nice and took care of all my concerns. I really like that they have 3 different locations, and would definitely refer someone to any of these locations, but Mabank is my favorite. I will definitely return if I have any more orthodontic repairs or concerns.
