Dr. Jessica Phillips grew up in LaFollette, Tennessee. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2010. Dr. Jessica went on to complete her post-doctoral residency in pediatricdentistry at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in 2012. After completing her education, Dr. Jessica decided to return to the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee to start her practice. In her free time, Dr. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband Garry, three children Maggie, Reid and Raylan, traveling and cheering on the UT Vols!
Dr. Jessica is a member of severalprofessional organizations including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, theAmerican Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association. She is also board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Board Certification by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry provides assurance to the public that Dr. Jessica has not only successfully completed accredited training, but also completed a voluntary examination process designed to continually validate the knowledge, skills, and experience requisite to the delivery of quality patient care. Dr. Jessica is also on the medical staff of Tennova Physicians Regional Medical Center and East Tennessee Childrens Hospital.
Dr. Ashley Russell grew up on the beautiful Gulf Coast in Fairhope, Alabama. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2009 with her B.S in Biology-Psychology. She then went on to complete her dental education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014. Following graduation, she worked as a general dentist for two years in rural communities all across Alabama. Then in 2018, she completed her advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and Childrens Hospital of New Orleans in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Ashley also became a board-certified pediatric dentist in 2019 and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She moved to Knoxville in the fall of 2019 and is thrilled to call East Tennessee her home now. Dr. Ashley loves helping children learn healthy habits from a young age and wants all of her patients to develop a love of going to the dentist!
In her free time, Dr. Ashley enjoys spending time with her fur baby Jude, a very energetic and sweet Boykin Spaniel, and her boyfriend, Will. She also enjoys hiking and exploring the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee, traveling and trying new restaurants, exercising, reading, and visiting with friends and family as much as possible.
Breanna Costa D.D.S. is from Chattanooga, TN, and enjoys living in East Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she received her Bachelors in Chemistry. Dr. Bre continued her education at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN, and graduated in 2016.
After dental school, Dr. Bre moved back to Chattanooga where she worked until moving to Knoxville in the spring of 2018. Dr. Bre greatly enjoys dentistry and working with children. Her goal is to make treatment comfortable and fun. She is happy to be a member of the East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry team and is looking forward to meeting your family.
Dr. Bre continues to study and learn about new techniques and equipment through continuing education. While not working, Dr. Bre enjoys getting outdoors, hiking and cycling. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Maggie, and Arthur.

I absolutely love this dental practice! My son is 7 and has been seeing Dr Jessica since he was 3. She has done a wonderful job on all treatment and procedures. She's very gentle and encouraging to my child. I would recommend them to anyone!

Maddy was very patient with my daughter who had her first visit and was skeptical. Dr. Jessica was very flexible with her as well on her preference not to lay down.

We love this practice. The facility is so clean, the staff are nice and professional. Everything about the practice is geared towards kids. My 3 year old loves going to the dentist, and it makes me happy as a mom.

I called to say we would be 15 minutes late because o e of our little ones could not get off the potty. I was informed that in order to see the dentist I would have to pay a $100 rescheduling fee because we had rescheduled in the past. I explained that we have had a special needs child fighting for his life tin the hospital and that's why we had had to reschedule in the past. After a brief hold I got the corporate response of sir you will have to pay a $100 fee if you are going to see us. How greedy and lacking of empathy can you be?

Ms. Margo and Dr. Ashley both did a fabulous job making sure my daughter's first visit was comfortable. She knew what was going on in her mouth and what it would feel like and each step of the way and she said she had fun. That's coming from a pretty shy kiddo who doesn't like strangers near her.
