I had sedated dental surgery in September, 2022. I had a protruding gum bone removed and extraction of a rear molar behind the bone. Dr. Evans and attending assistants did a great job. I don't even remember the actual surgery. I returned twice for post operation exam and now perfectly healed. Thank you Dr. Evans. A couple of years earlier Dr. Evans extracted another molar successfully. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I'm VERY impressed with East Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery! My dentist referred me here because my crown came off. My appointment was scheduled very timely. The wait time was very minimal and the waiting area is tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, too. Dr. Evans was very nice, gentle and efficient, and explained everything in detail. I definitely recommend East Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Brock Evans is very nice, compassionate and professional. He really helped me out when I was in a tough situation and in a lot of pain. He is an awesome dentist. Also, all of the nurses and office staff made a less than desireable situation very pleasant. I have always used these folks and will continue to do so! Thank you Dr. Evans and staff.

Great Experience! I had 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed. I was put under general anesthesia. They were very professional and friendly, they were understanding of my anxieties and fears and even offered me a blanket before they put me to sleep! I'm currently healing wonderfully and can't thank this practice enough for taking care of me! (8/31) Dr. Trondson @ Sevierville

I had an abscess tooth for nearly 8 days I was miserable, I called the office without a referral and explained my issues I was having, they told me to come in right away so within 30 minutes I was there the dentist surgeon was freaking awesome I literally have never had a tooth extraction go so fast and smooth . absolutely recommended this place. Great team from front office to the surgeons and dental assistant's amazing team !!

Dr. Evans and Sierra were WONDERFUL!! He explained everything that he was doing not only before but while he was doing it. Sierra answered every question that I had and made sure to follow-up with me the following morning. I cannot say enough good things about my experience

Dr Evens was so sweet and took time to talk with me about my procedure and what to expect.he gave me ample time to ask questions and made me very comfortable in my choice to have all my top teeth removed as medicine and iv treatments have taken there toll on my teeth.i am no longer in fear of the unknown or the possible pain .I am looking forward to my new smile.
