The staff (Ladies) there are Very Nice, they even called and checked on me the next day, and Dr. Evans is really good at what he does, I've there twice now, the first time to have a tooth cut out and second time to have one pulled, and Dr. Evans done an excellent job both times, I plan on going back soon.

Excellent and professional. Every staff member from receptionist to my Oral Surgeon made me feel secure in their care. Also, there was no shaming whatsoever over the state of my teeth. That mattered to me a lot. My Oral Surgeon was highly aware of the many ways dentition issues can happen. I'm usually one who is nervous about the dentist, but I had no problem whatsoever sitting in the chair here. That says a lot.

Original Post from May: I had my wisdom teeth removed last week. Overall the procedure went smooth. I asked for a prescription for something for nausea just in case. This was not sent to the pharmacy, but I just let it go. Almost a week later I was having extreme pain so I called the office trying to figure out what was a normal level of pain and if my other teeth should be hurting. The woman on the phone was rude and said I'd just have to come in for an appointment. I asked what I could do about the pain in the meantime and she just said I'd have to come discuss it with the dentist. I came in the next day and it turned out I had a dry socket. The dentist was in a rush and between him and his assistant I wasn't given a lot of information. Before he ran out of the room, I asked if he still wanted me to continue the Ibuprofen and he said yeah and they would call in some more pain meds too. I assumed this was standard. I left after they packed the socket or whatever and after a couple of hours I called the pharmacy and there weren't any prescriptions for me so I called the office. The first woman said there wasn't anything in my chart about it and she'd have someone call me back. A woman called me back and was extremely rude. First she said the nurse got busy and forgot and the dentist had left for the day so they couldn't get the ok from him. I was polite and said I understand, no big deal. Then she started talking to me as if I was med seeking. I explained what the dentist said and she replied, "we don't typically do that, was he just feeling extra generous?" The comment was so uncalled for and made me feel really awful. I've never been treated like that before. Edit for Update: The packing they did for the dry socket came off the same night and I called the next day trying to see someone and they said they didn't have a dentist/surgeon there on Fridays, but would call the surgeon and leave a message to figure out what to do and get back with me. They never called me back. After several hours I called my regular dentist and he was able to see me the same day and repack it properly. This place abandoned me with a really painful dry socket! I'm so thankful for my regular dentist.

A+ rating for Brock Evans. Had a broken tooth extracted. Informed me of every step. I totally felt at ease. I have had several experiences with extractions, and his was by far the best experience. Highly recommend him!

The office staff were friendly and polite and took their time to explain things to me. Dr. Mark Widloski was very charming and informative and he didn't rush through the appointment he took the time to show me exactly what procedure I needed and how it would work. I didn't feel judged by anyone when I told them I was a recovering addict. A solid 10 all around. I would recommend them to anyone.
