I've been wanting my wisdom teeth out for 18 years. I'm so glad I went to this office. The office staff and oral surgeon made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. I took a little nap and the procedure was done. I'm on day 2 and I have no pain! This entire experience was incredible. I was somewhat nervous going in to surgery. But I was comforted by the professional and friendly staff. If I ever need dental implants in the future or extractions I'll be back. Thank you to the entire staff for making this a comfortable experience!

When I Tell You The Staff Was So friendly and made me feel so comfortable...They got me in the next day and Dr. Widloski Numbed my Gums with very little pain and when the feeling come back I've had no pain at all...I will most definitely be using and referring you all...10

Had 6 teeth cut out , one impacted wisdom tooth pulled, and a biopsy on a cyst . Everything healed up nicely . The whole surgery took less than an hour . Very nice work .

The staff and oral surgeon were nice, however, the surgeon that did my sons tooth extraction did not allow adequate time for the numbing medication to take effect before giving him four shots. It was incredibly painful for him when it should have been a painless procedure. I can't believe they would do a kid that way. Anytime I've ever had to have a shot they would apply the numbing medicine and wait a few minutes and I never felt the shot. I don't even know why he bothered to put it on there if he wasn't going to give it time to work.

My daughter had two procedures done at one time here just a couple days ago and it went amazingly well! They took great care of her and she only needed pain meds the day of her surgery and has been med free ever since! Thank you so much for taking good care of my kiddo!

They got to me in a timely manner and the staff was amazing. Mcdreamy to me one is the one I like. He does not like sticking you with more than one needle so he makes sure he gets it on the first sticker. Staff is always caring. I will always go here. Dr. Brock Evans and staff you Rock.

Easy to get a quick appointment. The surgeon was quick and got the job done. His assistant was helpful with good advice for quick healing.They have 24 hour staff if I had needed emergency service on my procedure. I have used them in the past,and will use them again.

I was very nervous, and the staff helped me keep my nerves calm. Dr Evans is the best!!! He listened to my concerns, and investigated a little further, and it turns out that I didn't need extensive surgery. The procedure was quick and painless!! I would definitely recommend!!!

Oral surgery is definitely not what anyone voluntarily signs up to do; however, when it is necessary, I could not say enough nice things about East Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery team!! It is such a team - from the phone call at my dental office to walking in the door. Even having to pay for it was not too bad - I might get a bill and think otherwise, but all is well. Then, the procedure - oh my - the procedure. It was not bad. The sounds were bad or sounded like they should be bad, but no real pain. It sounded like it should hurt, but there was no pain. They even provided a blanket to make sure I was warm and toasty before they began - what a special touch. I was very pleased for an event that was not part of what I wanted but had to be done. I am so grateful God just placed them there to have an availability to help me through a tough day. :-)

I had a tooth extracted and I informed them that I was allergic to a certain medication. I was given the generic of that medication and ended up extremely sick. When I called the office, the lady that I talked to just told me to not take anymore and if I needed anything for pain to take over the counter meds. I felt that they had no concern for giving me incorrect medicine.

I was referred by my dentist to ETOMS. I had my first appointment (consultation) with them and everyone from reception to the doctor were absolutely great. I was very nervous about the upcoming surgery on arrival. I was completely at ease when I left. I will refer them to all friends and family that might need an oral surgery!

Everyone was super nice.. They explained everything to me in detail & made me feel comfortable about the procedure they were about to perform on me.. & they took great care of me during my recovery.. Couldnt ask for a better oral surgeon & staff at the Maryville location..
