I'd have given 5 stars but I have to go back because on top of my extraction they were supposed to look at another tooth. My dentist sent the order but they didn't do it & when I mentioned it to the receptionist I was told they didn't have the order & apparently nobody could take 2 minutes to look at an exray. Other than that it was great. Very polite, professional, & a quick procedure.

I got one of my wisdom teeth and another tooth out almost two weeks ago here, and they were absolutely amazing. My parents would never take me to the dentist as a kid once I got out of elementary school, and I've always had bad teeth. I brush, floss, mouthwash all twice a day, don't sip on soda, etc. the whole process. But I've still always had weak teeth, and it's always made me extremely self conscious when going to the dentist especially since I couldn't really afford dental care until recently and have had to put it all off until now, but they didn't make me feel an ounce bad about it at all, even when the tooth they were pulling was pretty much decayed all the way down and had been an issue all the way to when I was in high school and my parents wouldn't take me, so it had been like this for at least 7-8 years. They didn't say anything rude or give any weird looks. All the oral surgeon said was, "That looks like it hurts bud, does it?" and showed genuine care. I also have an extremely irrational fear of the dentist since I was a kid, and I had a really bad experience a few years ago with a different dentist office that also prolonged into my treatment and added to the fear, but everyone at East Tennessee Oral and Maxillofacial were so calm, kind, understanding, patient, and overall the best with me. They explained all of my options, were honest with me, and confident in their treatment plan for me. I'm going to need a lot more work on my teeth over the next year, and I'm only choosing here. I'd recommend them a 1,000 times over.

From start to finish everyone was great! I had three teeth extracted. I went in at 1:00 & was home by 3:30. It's been less than 72 hrs. since my surgery & I don't even need pain medication! I will highly recommend you guys! Thanks to all who took care of me!!!

I was very apprehensive at first to go and have my wisdom teeth pulled but the staff at East Tennessee Oral put my mind at ease they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and they made the experience one that I could recommend for anyone that is going to have any type of dental surgery done. They answered all my questions, and pay close attention to my concerns. I would highly recommend their service.

Thoroughly professional supporting staff and caregivers. I was well looked after throughout. I was also given clear and complete aftercare instructions, which has allowed me to manage my recovery satisfactorily following surgery. A most positive experience.

This will be my second implant, the staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Evans is the best! He explains every detail of the procedure so you are completely prepared and understand what he is doing.

Surgery went great! However, she was severely impacted which led to severe swelling and when I asked for a dr note for one extra day because she was taken pain meds as needed and still having difficulty opening mouth and talking was told she could "DRIVE" and "RETURN TO WORK" lol

Dr.Mark Widloski and ALL the staff in the North Knoxville office were outstanding while my dental implant surgery took place. I was treated with great care and compassion. I highly recommend ETOMS!

My surgeon was awesome, he was nice and made me laugh to easy the anxiety of the procedure. I ended up with dry socket but they got me in super fast to help pack those in and it helped a lot. All the staff was really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place for any oral surgery. I was nervous about the procedure because I have heard horror stories from friends about other places, but I assure you this place will ease your anxiety and help the process be as good as possible.

I had to get wisdom teeth extracted and ETOMS did a great job! The staff up front were friendly. The lady in billing was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and did a good job easing my worries! Dr. Widloski was awesome. I only remember talking to him for a few minutes and woke up in the recovery room. All in all, I was worried about getting my teeth extracted but the process went smooth and now I'm home recovering. I would definitely recommend!

Tooth rey could not be better. I hate the needle that numbs it. The tooth is well. Jaw is still sore from the needle.

I had a fabulous experience. It was a 10+++. Everyone was so kind and supportive through out the entire process: starting with the person I talked to originally to confirm the appointment, reception desk and billing professionals, and the dental assistant to the dentist to the nurse who called me afterwards. The procedure was seamless and the facility was spotless. Truly the best experiences I have ever had with Dental procedures and I've had wonderful experiences before with other providers. Your team is excellent. Thank you for all your help! I couldn't have been more supported.

So glad they could get me in so quickly. Was very affordable. It took 30 seconds it felt like for the dr to pull my tooth and I was on my way. They called a few days later to check on me. I am sore but much better since I didn't have to go around with a broken tooth.
