East Tennessee Oral & Maxofacial Surgery Clinic was very professional and caring....I am terrified of dental procedures but my visit with ETOMS was definitely a much better experience than before. I can not say enough how good these folks are.

I was very pleased with my experience here, everyone was very professional and caring. My surgery went perfectly and sedation really helped with my anxiety. My recovery was good, and the staff follow up was great. An all around excellent experience and I would recommend Dr May and his staff highly.

I was nervous coming in. However, the staff and the doctor were very courteous, hospitable, positive, and welcoming. After awhile, I knew I was in good hands, and my nervousness was gone. Successful extractions.Thank you!

I'am so thankful my referral was with this team. I live a little over and hour away in Murphy NC. I needed an extraction on a molar that has caused me extreme pain. My anxiety was through the roof 2 weeks before, just thinking about the whole process. I was excited to know the relief would soon come, but scared because of past experiences, and certain tests done by other dentists on my tooth that put me in tears. The day of the extraction was quite nerve racking for me. Dr. May and his team were exceptional! From the receptionist and dealing with payment, to the actual extraction. Dr. May had a hard time pulling out my stubborn tooth, but gently assured me of every step with concern and sincerity. His assistant was also very nurturing when I teared up that it was all over with, handing me tissues and consoling me. This was a smooth experience considering the personal turmoil you go through internally, with the emotional process of losing a tooth. I recommend this team 100%. Thank you Dr. May for your great bedside manner, and your supportive team you provide!

Okay....they put under....pulled a cracked tooth......and if it wasn't for the fact that I can feel the vacancy of where that tooth was....I wouldn't even know that they had pulled it......bleeding stopped by the time I got home and at NO TIME did I have any discomfort or pain....I being absolutely honest.....thank you to everyone at East Tennessee Oral......!

Dr. May was very thorough in trying to help resolve my issue. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and every staff member I encountered seemed ready to help me feel better. Dr. May removed my daughter's wisdom teeth last year and it was a very smooth experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. May and his staff. I think they will help the most nervous person feel at ease.

they done amazing, my experience so far im barely feeling any pain. mind you i got all 4 out april 14th and it's april 16th today. they answered all of my questions, i asked to please not give me hydros and they did not! thank y'all for a great experience and checking up on me the day after:)

I was referred here by my regular dentist for an extraction. I was nervous about it, but the office staff was very friendly and the helped me be more at ease about it. Dr. May was very kind and professional. He had it out very quickly. No problems at all.

I experienced a dental emergency and the entire staff as well as Dr. May met my needs immediately. ALL aspects of the visit and the surgery were carried out in the most caring and professional manner. I had a remarkable recovery without any side effects or complications. They called to check on me and assured me of their concern for my recovery and continued care. This entire process is a true reflection of Dr. May and his entire staffs 100% concern for providing the highest level of care. Bravo Zulu for a job well done.

I had a great experience with my surgery at ETOM with Dr. May. Since my first consultation to the actual surgery day, ETOM staff kept in communication with me about the surgery, finances, and any questions or concerns that I may have had. On sugary day they made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I was aware of the procedure and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I felt very informed of the procedure and also how much I would need to pay out of pocket. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I recommend ETOM to anybody be looking for a great experience.
