Lovely staff! Very clean and professional setting, not to mention affordable! I've had two separate visits and had positive experiences both times. I saw Dr. May and he walked me through every step of the procedure so I was informed and comfortable.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here and it was the best experience possible. The only discomfort I experienced was a pinch with my IV, but the doctor got it in one try! They were so kind and made me feel very comfortable. It's day three now and I have minimal discomfort. I highly recommend them for your oral surgery needs!!

Quick and almost painless. Took them all of ten seconds to remove the tooth in question. It took longer for the numbing to set in than it did anything else. Good people!!

I took my 14 yr old son here by a referral from his orthodontist to have 4 teeth removed. One which is impacted and under the bone. I literally met and spoke with Dr William May for 3 minutes. Explained to him and his assistant that my son was terrified of this surgery. I was sent to the Cleveland office for a scan, to only find out that Orthodontist office had already sent that same scan to the office and there wasn't really a need for another scan. While at the Cleveland office I noticed the doctor was there and I asked what were the next steps. I was told they would contact me for surgery. I asked if I could speak with the doctor to understand what and how surgery would be. I was informed that he would not speak with me and that someone would call me to set up the appointment for surgery. I informed them that I wasn't quite sure how comfortable myself or my son was with that. I mean sending my son for surgery not knowing what was going to happen. It has now been almost a month, since the scan appointment. I called to see when I would be hearing from someone and I was told Dr May discharged my son for the way I acted at the Cleveland office. So, 2 missed days at work, a scan that wasn't needed and now to have to start all over again. This doctor is a joke. Apparently he does not value the care of his patients. Seems to me he is only worried about his pocketbook. Im honestly glad I asked questions now. I will also be contacting the board of dentistry about this issue. Seems like something is up to me. Who would feel comfortable sending their child into a pretty invasive surgery and not knowing the person other than a few moments or what all would be happening during the procedure itself?Just wow!!! This doctor does not even deserve the 1 star I have to give.

Thank you so much for making a terrifying experience such a wonderful blessing. Fear, stress, anxiety, severe pain and fear of the unknown was the extent of my visit. I was sent to Oral surgery required to remove the root tip from an fresh earlier extraction. The staff immediately greeted with welcoming smiles and GENUINE kind attitudes. End result....ALL SMILES AND GRATITUDE for a smooth, painless procedure from Dr Mays and his appreciated staff.

Worst experience of my life. I needed a tooth extraction and I told them i needed anesthesia. A IV was started, I was asked if I felt it. I responded I could taste it. Then immediately felt three excruciating shots of Novacain. I was wide awake. They did not pause to allow the Novacaine take affect before extracting my tooth. I was screaming Clutching both arms of chair. No one asked If was alright. They were most excited that they didn't have to make a stitch. I would advice not going to this place if you have a low threshold for pain. The dentist said I had a high threshold for drugs. These people were not sensitive to my needs. They wanted to keep on SCHEDULE. I do not recall the dentist introducing himself too me. But I heard plenty of chattering between him and high pitch loud voice of his assistant.

My husband got 2 teeth pulled & the staff was so nice! The Doctor was amazing they all had amazing bedside manners. Even when my husband was done an sitting in the recovery room part the doctor even come to see how he was doing. Wonderful people recommended to everyone who needs a tooth pulled. He be coming back here soon for another tooth pulled because he had a bad tooth needs be gone.

The staff was so friendly and pleasant. I was instantly at ease. My wait time was very short. When I arrived in my room, the wait time was again very short. Everyone was wonderfully pleasant and interesting. I highly recommend them.

Loved every bit of my experience with them!! I went in to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was already nervous to begin with because I had previous dentist derail me about my teeth being bad to the point I walked out crying. I told them this and they reassured me that they were not there to judge me. They were there to help me fix the problem. I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist ever in my life. I absolutely love them!!!! Could not have asked for a better experience!!! If I could give this 20stars I would

They are amazing. They made me feel safe and welcome and are extremely polite and professional. Would most definitely recommend this dental surgeon to anyone that's in need of dental work. And I'm posting this only a 2 hours after my surgery. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and 2 molars. I didn't feel a thing and the staff just did such an amazing job I appreciate everyone who works here they are truly wonderful people.

Very good practice. Clean & professional. Both of my kids had their wisdom teeth out by Dr. Trondson. Office staff is very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend ETOMS!

The folks here are excellent! They sent my daughter home with all she needed. The next day, they called to check on her. They even let me come pick up more gauze. It was waiting for me as I walked in the door. 2nd surgery...great service!
