I can't say enough, or even begin to thank this group for how fantastic they are! They are professional, courteous, kind, super cool, and go out of their way to treat you on your schedule. Absolutely the best dental experiences I've ever had. I don't know if they are taking new customers, but if they are, you better consider being their next customer. They crowned a tooth that someone else said needed a root canal. Thank you Dr Pinkard and staff!!!!!!

I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this office. I am more fearful of dental work / dentist visits than anything else, I always have been. I refuse to go anywhere else because of how comfortable the staff makes me feel here, they go above and beyond to make my experiences as easy as possible. Dr. Pinkard has done nothing but reinforced my confidence it dentists and my ability to be comfortable in an environment I usually dread.

We have had our dental care by Dr. Pinkard and his staff for the last five years. He is a very caring dentist and does excellent work. His staff is top notch. If you have a dental emergency, they will make it work to see you as soon as possible, many times the same day. We no longer have dental insurance, but their rates seem appropriate to us. We highly recommend this practice!

I was in terrible pain needing a root canal. Dr. Pinkard and his staff welcomed me right in without having an appointment. The place is immaculate! If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go! Dr. Pinkard and his staff are the best!

I've been going to Dr. Pinkard for years. He is amazing and always takes great care of my teeth. I have very soft teeth so if I call with pain they get me in almost immediately. Dr. Pinkard and the staff are all very kind and do their jobs to perfection.

Their prices are lower than most and they do a great job. They get you in quickly and are thorough. The only complaint I have is Dr Roy Alan Pinkard, DDS, can be a little aggressive on your teeth but that's because he knows his job and makes sure he does it well and nothing is overlooked. No problems here.

Dr Pinkard has been our dentist for the last 20 years. He has always been so kind to all of us. I can't imagine receiving dental treatment any other place. His office staff is professional and friendly. I appreciate the fact that they always get us in for appointments when we have emergencies. The office is super clean and state of the art. My children love going to the dentist and that means so much to us.

I've gone to Dr.Pinkard since childhood and had no problems until the entire side of my tooth down the the gum line fell out. He had seen this tooth and I had told him several times something was wrong with it and he checked the filling and it was fine. It turns out that the filling was not the problem. The side of my tooth had a crack in it and rotted it from the inside out. The side fell out while I was eating and I was told there was NOTHING they could do for me. Even if it was an emergency. And his receptionist was extremely rude and unwilling to offer a referral to any other dentist office that would take my insurance. At 16 weeks pregnant and having this freak accident happen with my tooth you would think they would be a little nicer.
