Dr. Phillips was raised in the Bay Area, and in 1991, he graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry inSan Francisco. After graduation, he relocated to the charming neighborhood of East Sacramentoto open his private practice.
Well respected in the community, Dr. Phillips is proud to say that the majority of his patients have been referral-based. He believes that a large part of his success is due to the fabulous staff he has brought together over the years.
Actively involved in the local dental community, Dr. Paul Phillips has served as the Membership Chair of the Sacramento District Dental Society. He also donates his time and effort toSmiles For Life, a program that has raised millions for various childrens charities.
With his wife Suzanne, Dr. Phillips enjoys all that Northern California has to offer; from lakes and trails to golf courses.He also enjoys visiting many of the local wineries and trying new restaurants.
Dr. Barry Dunnwas born and raised inSan Jose, CA. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from theUniversity of California, Davis. Following graduation, he lived in Sacramento for three years prior to moving to San Francisco for dental school. While in Sacramento, he worked at U.C. Davis Medical Center for one year on an Alzheimers disease study and then worked for two years on a breast cancer prevention study.
He graduated with high honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistryand was awarded a scholarship for academic excellence and character. While in school, he volunteered for community outreach programs and did a spring break dental mission in Cuzco, Peru.

I had a dental issue on Saturday, and dr Phillips called me right back and got me in first thing Monday am! The crown was replaced in two hours and completely painless! I drive from the foothills to get all if my dental care here- they are the best!

I moved to Sacramento five years ago and was so happy to find East Sac Dental. This office is professional and efficient and you feel like a person who matters when you go there, not just an appointment slot. For great dental care with a personal touch, they are top of my list.

I transferred dentist, and upon my first appointment with East Sac Dental I was really impressed and amazed not only by the cleanliness and esthetic of the office but the knowledge my doctor had and a plan she created to get all my work that needed to be done. I made a good decision transferring I love it!

We were referred to east Sac Dental and have been happy clients for the past nine years! Even though it's no longer convenient for us, we stayed with East Sac Dental because they are awesome! *Everyone is so friendly and helpful and our bi-annual check-ups are actually visits we look forward to :)
