If you go to this dentist you need to have Ashley clean your teeth. My teeth feel wonderful when I leave. Ashley does such a wonderful job cleaning them. She is very thorough. She is also very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely keep going back. Thanks Ashley!

July/2022 I broke a tooth and the dentist I had been using couldn't see me. I called and within a couple of hours I was in the chair! The office staff were very helpful and friendly and Dr. Moon and his assistant were great! I should've listened to my husband and became a patient a while ago - lesson learned! August/2022 My temp crown popped off on Sunday, Monday am I received a call to come in at 1:00! It all worked out, perfect timing for the permanent crown came in. Once again, office staff, dental assistant and Dr. Moon were all fabulous! Thank you!

Very professional and friendly service. I recently switched to Dr. Moon and my experience has been great. They want to do what's right, very ethical. I know several people that have switched too and have same impression as I do. Would recommend Dr. Moon's team to anyone, especially if you're not happy either your current Dentist.

I had been reluctant to go the dentist during the pandemic. I was appreciative of the measures taken at the office to protect both the patients and the staff. The hygienist was both very professional and personable. She made me feel as my business was appreciated. As always I have nothing but the upmost respect for Dr. Moon. He is always very professional. Every time I have visited this office he is very busy multitasking, but never makes you feel as you are being rushed.

Friendly and truly care for patients. Minor hiccups with another place I was referred to, but they made sure that I got in when I needed to and smoothed it out as much as possible. Will be using them for any future dental work.

I had a great visit. I can't get over how kind everyone was. Going to the dentist is always a bit nerve wracking but my fears were soothed and I came away with a treatment plan that will work! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I just had my teeth cleaned by Amy and my smile has never been brighter! She really took extra time to make sure I was happy with everything and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to Dr. Moon and the rest of the gang for helping me straighten out my teeth with Invisalign! I highly recommend East Rochester family dentistry and their kind staff!

Dr Moon and the entire staff have been nothing short of amazing! I started seeing them in 2017 when I was pregnant with my second baby and have several teeth issues come up. I'm anxious and nervous at the dentist after everything I have gone through, and they always make it seem less for me. Today, I was having massive tooth pain since Wednesday and had gone somewhere else as the office is closed Wednesday, and he got me in the end of the day to take care of me. I could recommend and love a dentist more than I do!

Every member of the staff and dental team are friendly, courteous, and professional. They are very prompt and do a great job. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
