Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

The Hygienist that cleaned my teeth was gentle and thorough. She honored certain requests that I had and addressed all my concerns. I also appreciate the flexible payment plans that are offered at North Oaks.

I had a really bad experience with the first dentist I had when I moved to LA, and put off going back for way too long as a result. A friend referred me to this office, and I couldn't be happier. Every aspect of the process was simple and *literally painless. I was never made to feel bad for the work I needed done, and each member of the staff was hospitable and helpful. I live about 22 miles from this office, and will happily drive all the way back from now on. Specifically, Dr. Lahham, Dr. Marisol, and Christa are an amazing team.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and reassuring. The hygienist Janae was amazing and super gentle which was one of my biggest concerns. All in all this place is wonderful and I look forward to my next appointment.

The team is awesome! They are very friendly and will help any way they can to make any procedures you may need affordable (and the ladies in the front will make sure of it). They brought my smile back and for that I'm forever grateful! Dr. Lahham is the best!

Dr. Leanna Lahham is a true master of her craft I had two crowns done by her and her team and usually after the dentist my mouth is really soar, with east oaks dentist everything went smoothly no pain, and great explanations of what she is doing and future care. 5 out of 5 stars for Dr.L and her team!!!!

Dr Aiken & her team are wonderful. I've had three crowns done all in one sitting and was very anxious about it. They were all understanding and so supportive of my needs and concerns. Dr Aiken is extremely knowledgeable and does everything she can to minimize pain. Never have I had as much confidence in a dentist. I can't recommend her enough!

Dr.Aiken is lovely. She's talks you through the procedures so you know exactly what is happening and what to expect. I'be not been a fan of going to the dentist, but found Dr.Aiken who really gets me and my needs.

I had a few issues with my teeth. I have seen several dentists to help me figure out why I am in pain. I saw Dr. Lahham and she spotted the issue immediately. She is professional, compassionate and competent. She referred me to their specialist who was just as attentive. I am finally pain free. Thanks to the doctors and the receptionist for making this such an easy process and scheduling me asap.

Best dental experience I have had. I'm not new to dental work by any means and I have to say the doctors and specialists at this facility are top notch. Everyone was very kind from the minute I walked through the door. Everything was handled very efficiently and with care. Felt absolutely nothing during the work I received. I have already recommended east oaks dental group to so many people and they all have been pleased. 5 out of 5 in every aspect!

Who knew that going to the dentist could be an enjoyable experience. The doctors here are so professional and kind. Dr. Lahham was honest and straight forward with my treatment plan. The support staff were accommodating and thorough. You can tell that this office is well run. I found my new favorite dental office.

I am one that has ALWAYS, not had pleasant experiences at the Dentist. (I know, who has), but, from the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth, laughter and professional team. No kidding, I laughed at my during my visit, so much, I barely knew time passed. Everyone, has a great sense of humor, and they are quick witted. I so dig my East Oaks Dentist. Seriously, as a adult, going to the Dentist and enjoying the visit. Yes, it possible

Doctor Aiken and her staff are wonderful. I came in, in need of a crown and left a little less then two hours later with a permanent crown. Doctor Aiken is a gifted dentist treating her patients with care and sensitivity. Her assistant Mirasol was so kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their office especially if you are nervous at all about having dental work done.
