Aimee is the best dental hygienist ever! I've followed her for 20+ years! She's gentle, but very thorough. Kind, compassionate and gives great advice to keep me smile bright. I highly recommend her as she is truly exceptional!! The entire team at East Nashville Dental is phenomenal!

Very clean space, no issues with my 1st cleaning. However, as a first time patient I felt introductions were lacking from hygienist and doctor - left not knowing their names. Also, first time I've ever been to the dentist and didn't receive a little take home bag (you know, the one with tooth paste and a tooth brush). :( Over all just felt as a new patient the experience could have felt a bit more welcoming.

Best experience I've ever had pertaining to dentistry. I usually get very nervous and it's super uncomfortable for me. My experience here was smooth and ALL the staff(receptionist to the dentist) we're so polite and accommodating.

The team at East Nashville Dental Co. was fantastic. I had a cleaning and fillings in one appointment. My hygienist was so kind and informative. The dentist was so incredibly gentle. The team who did my fillings could see I was very anxious (in literal tears) and explained the procedure very well and the benefits of nitrous oxide (laughing gas), which made my experience so much better. They showed genuine care to me and made the whole situation so much better. I can't recommend them enough, they know what they're doing and truly care about their patients.

First visit was great. My hygienist (Amy) was friendly and professional and made the cleaning almost pain-free! It was a routine visit so I didn't have to see Dr. Guerrera (sp?) for very long, but during our brief convo he was polite and professional--calm and more soft spoken that dentists I've had in the past, which I appreciated. The space was clean and tidy.

I've had such an amazing experience here every time. I always have such good conversations with the hygienist (Savannah & Amy). Everyone is always so nice as well. Best dental experience ever!!

The actual dental services provided by the staff are good, but I find the cancellation policy to be too restrictive. You're required to give a 48 hour advance cancellation notice, or pay a $45 cancellation fee. In my situation, I had an appointment on a Tuesday, and tried calling to cancel 72 hours in advance. It was a Saturday though, so no one answered, and the answering machine specifically says you can't leave a message to cancel. When I called back on Monday, I was told I didn't provide enough of an advance notice. If your schedule is fairly predictable, this place would probably work for you. But if you have kids or any other life situation that can cause semi-unpredictable schedule changes, maybe look elsewhere.

Please go anywhere else. This place is terrible all around. On 12/20/21, I had two fillings done here. It took far longer than it should because the hygienist wasn't ready. The actual dental work took longer because the dentist had to do the same spot a couple of times. If that was it, I would have simply given this place 4 stars and moved on with my life. A couple of weeks later, I got a bill for the portion that insurance covered. They fixed it, but not without wasting my time. I went back on the 20th because there was a crack in my filling that snagged my floss. I explained this to the dentist. He insisted that sanding the space between the molars would solve this issue. I explained him several times that the space between my molars was not the concern. He was very polite and kind in his explanation, but he did not listen to me and said to me, "I'm explaining this as simply as possible." I told the dentist that I did not feel like we were having the same conversation. Eventually, I got tired of this and left. I put the floss in my tooth and returned. The dentist finally fixed it. I called today, January 25th, because the sensitivity had increased dramatically. I told him that it happened only in past 24 hours and was exponentially more sensitive. He told me that was normal and to buy sensodyne. It wasn't until tonight when eating dinner became impossible to eat dinner that I realized that my filling had fallen out. Do you want your medical professionals to take your concerns seriously? Do you want them to be respectful and provide quality care? Then do yourself a favor and go somewhere.

I'm a new patient at EN Dental Co. and I love it!! I rarely write reviews but today was my second cleaning with Amy and she's the absolute best. She is super nice, very professional, and it's been overall great service since my first visit. I 100% recommend them.

The staff and facility are super nice - all this made better by the fact that it's right down the street from me. I loved this place until they overfilled one of my cavities and my tooth broke in half a few days later. I came in and they repaired it for free, but now half of that tooth is just filling. Very nice people, but an overfilled tooth seems like a pretty careless mistake considering how many times they probably do that in a day. Unfortunately this will probably only cause more issues in the future, and more issues means more $$$

It was an great experience haven't been to the dentist for some time the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth got in there and cleaned my teeth Thoroughly. I also loved the open Concept of the building that they had their dentistry in. Overall a great experience as long as I live in Tennessee I'll keep going back to the same dentist

Everyone at East Nashville Dental is very friendly and helpful. My hygienist makes sure I'm comfortable and ok with everything that happens. She explains everything that she does very well. I enjoy my biannual cleanings!
