East Main Dental Center (EMDC), one of the oldest Dental practices in Southern Oregon, opened their doors in 1977. Through the years they have been a strong, active part of the Medford community, serving families and children with exceptional dental care.

The dedicated and long serving staff members have been trained to provide knowledgeable insight into the many areas of dentistry that is offered and delivered to their patients. There is a strong emphasis on preventative care beginning at an early age (usually one years old), with the childrens centered prevention program. This program is a fun, interactive and kid friendly area which allows children to ease into a more fun filled dental experience.
Dr. Pearson is wonderful! He has been our family dentist for years. East Main Dental children's program and their staff, have made it such a fun experience for all 3 of my girls! They love the dentist!
Ian Kittelson, DMD has been a resident of the Rogue Valley since 2010. He is a graduate of Central Washington University (2006) and Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry (2010). Passionate about education and collaboration, Dr. Kittelson keeps up to date on advances in dental treatment techniques and has previously served as an adjunct faculty member for OHSU. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, and STP Implant Study Club.
Dr. Greg Pearson graduated from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry, then returned to the Rogue Valley to raise his family. Dr. Pearson is currently a member of the Southern Oregon Dental Society, Oregon Dental Association, American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has also served on the Executive Council of the Southern Oregon Dental Society, the Board of Directors of the Children's Dental Clinic of Jackson County, and is past president of both organizations.

This is undoubtedly is the best dental service I've ever gone to, I've been going to East Main Dental for at least 6 years and have never been disappointed. I've always had nothing but very conscientious hygienist's working on my mouth who I felt were in it for the long term of my dental health.

I've never had a more streamlined, friendly dental experience. My first time visiting I failed to bring the correct paperwork. They helped me thru it all, continued the exam, and as a spot opened up, they even were able to complete my cleaning in one visit. With how busy my schedule is this was extremely helpful.

I hadn't been in for a cleaning in quite a while and Miss Paula(who I love) got me in right away. My hygienist Crystal was FABULOUS!! Gentle yet so thorough and talked me through the whole process. She was so encouraging! My teeth have never looked better! And Dr. Borg...well he is absolutely the best. Always a smile and kind words to share, as well as detailed and thorough in his exam! My whole experience was over the top wonderful! East Main Dental is the absolute best dentist office in Southern Oregon!

It was great. Dr. Kittelson and his staff were professional and nice, took care of my immediate dental problem, and even laughed (or enthusiastically smiled) at my rather lame jokes. I highly recommend East Main Dental!

We had a emergency on a Sunday. When I called the answering service they were very helpful. They got us connected to Dr Borg who was on call. He had me send pic to his cell. Then assured me that we would be good until Monday. Ginger got us right in with Dr McGowan. Dr McGowan was so amazing with my scared and sad 9 yo. He was able to fix her teeth right up. They are just as beautiful now as they were before the accident. His assistant ShyAnne was so sweet with my little one.

My hygienist was very friendly and great at explaining what she was doing and why it is important. Dr. Pearson is, well, Dr. Pearson. I wish he could be my primary care doctor! He is a joy to see anytime I have a tooth problem.
