Chelseas primary goals are to help our practice grow, maintain positivity, and help people. Her favorite aspect of her job is assisting patients to gain confidence through their smiles. Chelsea believes patient care should come at a reasonable cost.
As a child, Chelsea always enjoyed her visits to the dentist, where she was part of the no-cavity club. She also found herself wanting to help others. Those early experiences inspired her to pursue work in the field.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The is great too. They explained very that I could understand. I have a hard time understanding doctor who use big words.

The receptionist Alyssa was excellent when I became upset with not getting my deep cleaning done today. But she helped me to schedule my appointment in another location. I felt that she went above and beyond to help me. Doctor Bee and another staff who took my X-ray was good too.

Great office !!!! All the staff are so helpful! Even when you have an emergency, they will get you in immediately . I used to have anxiety of going to the dentist, but not anymore, I love my dentist, and his staff !!!! Thank you

Beneath the surface of this very clear, sharp looking facility is a host of problems. I have never seen the same hygienist twice and rarely have the same doctor. I had a root canal by a new doctor and the hygienist had to walk her through the procedure. Every time I was quoted a number on cost it was wrong and I would keep getting bills after the fact. They basically aren't competent to bill correctly, document, and collect on claims. Then they pass the bill to you and expect you to pay it. The longer I have been going here, the more apparent to me it is that this place is a hot mess.

My partner and I are brand new patients there. We were able to be scheduled quickly. The team is professional and efficient. We LOVE the receptionist. They are all VERY understanding and patient about dental anxiety without being condescending. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we are VERY happy and look forward to a long relationship going forward.

I am a regular at this dental clinic for cleaning and other services.I really like the way the front office staff greets you. The nurses and doctors are just wonderful. Besides that, they explain you everything about the charges and what will the insurance cover beforehand so that there are no after shocks.

This dental office has about 5 names - do a search - look at the signs in their office. I now understand why they go by multiple names. Although we have Delta dental insurance and this dentist was suppose to be in network we received multiple unexpected bills. During my second (and final visit after the procedure from my first visit failed within 2 weeks) the receptionist openly discussed past due bills with another patient when the entire lobby could hear. Save yourself trouble - and money - and dental work, go elsewhere.

I started going to East Lansing Modern Dental about a year ago, when my dentist (now retired) moved to this office. I have had two ultrasonic teeth cleanings from Ghada, who is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional.
