I like Dr. Nadir , she is the most caring doctor I've ever meet , she is always helps me and my family members anytime of the day or after hours we need her , she always respond immediately to emergency calls , she is very knowledgeable dentist , I feel so lucky to have her as our family dentist !

It was a nightmare to visit East Lake village dental office. Dr. Shahla Nadia is the worst dentist I have ever met,with a bad attitude and unprofessionl . After I refused to add another $80 to do the so-called "free deep clean "(because I just did deep clean last year), she treated me very rudely,She only spent five minutes to clean my teeth, but during the five minutes, she intentionally let the water spray on my face, the water flowing into my neck, in my ears, on the clothes, she didn't have a word to apologize. She has no basic moralityc that a doctor should have.

Doctor Glass is an awesome dentist. Her works quickly, confidently, and well. The office staff, Ximena and the others, are always a pleasure to work with.

The dentist went out of her way to fix my son's retainer. I guess that makes up for her making us wait 30 minutes. Trying to see glass half full and half empty. Made us wait 30 minutes past appointment time. Front desk not at all helpful...

The staff at the front desk was friendly, technician as well. Dentist cleaned my teeth with a water pick it was very painful, he was extremely rough, I will not be going back.

Dr. Lupe and Dr. Glass are excellent. Very gentle but precise. They were very comforting as I had to get a filling on my first cavity ever. I definitely recommend this dental office!! Office is extremely clean and professional as well as the Dr.! Thank you Dr. Glass and Dr. Lupe!!
