You're a mill. I have contacted your office, Antoinette; you know exactly who I am. If you do not, it just proves to me patients are numbers with dollars, with no regard for well-being. This review is honest and REAL. This is FACT! Couldn't give East Hills Endodontics a lower review. ZERO out of FIVE stars. Antoinette, the Office Manager, I hope this review and your poor customer service are worth it. I have filed complaints with the American Dental Association and Delta Dental Insurance Company. I have provided pictures of my bruised face as well as the incompetent barbaric, ATTEMPTED, unsuccessful procedure done at East Hills Endodontics. Please do your research before entering East Hills Endodontics. They pull some funny business with you immediately to get you to pay out of pocket for a 3D scan that is just someone's new beach home. Dr. Inagaki preformed the root canal, it was painful, uncomfortable and later learned completely unnecessary. My face ended up bruising for over a week after the procedure. One week later I returned to East Hills Endodontics Dr. Gascoigne for a 2nd attempt at the root canal. Their diagnostic equipment is inadequate and out of date. The root canals were not successful due to their lack of dental SKILLS. I went for a 2nd opinion with an entirely different office. The new practice had updated equipment and their dental images showed the tooth was cracked, thus confirming that East Hills Endodontics gave me an incorrect diagnosis, their botched root canal was never needed. Dr. Gascoigne from East Hills Endodontics took my entire $1,500.00 payment even though the root canal procedure was botched and now I am worst off then when I made the poor decision to visit East Hills Endodontics. AVOID this office at all cost... financially and otherwise.

I needed a root canal and was nervous about the process. I am grateful to Dr. Gascoigne and the team at East Hills. They provided excellent service, kept me informed, which helped me keep calm before and after my procedure. I highly recommend this group. They provided professional services throughout and also checked-in on me after. They are amazing!

No one likes having root canal, but if you need it Dr.Gascoign is an amazing doctor. She is extremely professional, thorough, and caring. Once the X-ray was done the doctor explained what she was going to do to save my tooth, and I must say the whole thing was painless.The entire office staff (Brandis, Lynn, and Christina) are just as professional, accommodating, and friendly. I was given an appointment immediately and they called the next day to check up. I even got a text from the doctor to see how I was feeling.It is obvious that everyone in the office cares about their patients. I highly recommend East Hills Endodontist; specifically Dr. Gascoign and her staff. -Lori Adler-

I've had a lot of root canals done over the years by various dentist and this one has been the most comfortable experience I've had so far. I had little to no pain and the recovery time was really fast. I think it's really awesome that during the procedure they offer music for you to listen to or you can listen to your own, which does help with the anxiety. The staff is also really attentive and friendly and Dr. Gascoigne is really knowledgeable and passionate, so I really recommend this place

I cannot express how grateful I am for finding Dr. Roxane Gascoigne . She retreated a root canal and did a great job. Definitely recommend paying them a visit. But make sure you make an apt with her.

My regular dentist (Dr. Joseph Buono - also very excellent) referred me to this office for evaluation as he was unable to get to the "root" of a problem. Instant empathy and compassion regarding the pain I was experiencing and they got me in within an hour! They evaluated and performed a very successful root canal on the spot. This office exudes excellence on every level, from the extraordinary qualifications of every dentist there, to the extreme competence and caring of the assistants and office staff, to the impressively modern technologies and equipment they use. This was the first (hopefully last) root canal I've had and I cannot speak highly enough about the positive experience. It is a great feeling to be in the hands of deep experts. Highly recommended if/when needed.

MOST AMAZING endodontist! Had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease. The staff are friendly warm and kind. Dr. Gasciogne is absolutely amazing. She has a calming demeanor that makes you feel at ease. She explained my procedure and details of what to expect afterwards. Her hand is so soft and gentle. I'm thankful for finding such a great office for my root canal. Thanks Dr. G and team!

I saw Dr. Gasgoine for a root canal this past week. I was very nervous about having this procedure. Dr. Gasgoine and her staff answered all of my concerns and questions (I had many). Everything from the numbing process to the actual procedure was flawless. It was COMPLETELY painless!! I HIGHLY recommend this practice if you are looking for a compassionate doctor and staff.

I knew I would get the answer to my tooth ache at this office. Dr G makes sure everything is looked at before recommending a solution. My solution was root canal. Although I was not an easy patient , I was very nervous, she did everything to make me comfortable. it was done so quickly and completely pain free! She is skilled and knows how the patient feels. I'm so glad I went here. It's been a week and my tooth is completely healed, I can eat again with no discomfort and just saved a tooth. Happy customer!!! The whole staff is warm and understanding! 5 stars isn't enough!

Emergency Root Canals SUCK! A few weeks ago I was in terrible agony! So much pain I almost went to the ER after learning my dentist was on vaca. I was referred me to the most amazing Root Canal specialist Dr. Roxene Gascoigne of East Hills Endodontics. The infection in my gums and sinuses was so bad. I ended up on a heavy dose of antibiotics- which I HATE taking - and three days of pain killers to get rid of the pounding in my face and head. Yesterday she finished up an hour long procedure and gave me two Tylenol. Last night I was fine. Minimal pain, no soreness and minimal swelling. Today I feel great. She was amazing!!!! I normally wouldn't give kudos like this but I know how much people don't like the dentist let alone someone that needs to drill into your mouth for an hour and then jam packing deep into hard to find roots. Her job want easy with my little mouth. I can't guarantee your experience will be as painless as mine but her bedside manners, follow up and thoroughness is commendable. I can't thank you and your team enough and look forward to a pain free weekend.

I had just come in from Ireland on Friday. On Monday I had an appointment with my dentist where they realized I needed a root canal on my molar. I was able to call the office and explain my situation and they had me in that very afternoon. The office staff was amazing. Dr. Andrew T Inagaki did the root canal. He was so kind, gentle, and professional. The whole staff at East Hills Endodontics are wonderful.
