I am truly grateful I found Dr. Tyler and her amazing team. Dr. Tyler is the most patient, kind, and compassionate medical professional I have ever met. She takes the time to explain everything she's going to do and will not proceed unless you are feeling comfortable. Her assistant Vanessa shares the same kindness and compassion. Both of their experience shines throughout the entire process. They had me laughing mid root canal half the time. I even need to shout out her front office staff. Do not go anywhere else for a root canal, they are the gold standard. Thanks again!!

Dr Tyler knows how to make the root canal experience as painless and as comfortable as possible. I didn't feel any pain either during or after the procedure. Her middle name is "novocaine." :) She takes patient comfort seriously, and is 100% professional and kind.

I've had a few other root canals at other dentists over the years and my appointment with Dr Tyler was by far the best one I've ever had . She is patient and knowledgeable and tries hard to keep you at ease and comfortable through out the procedure. Her staff is top notch too. I recommend East Greenwich Endodontics.

I had a wonderful experience getting my root canal performed at EG Endodontics. It was an easy process to get the referral, insurance verification and setting up an appointment with Melissa. Dr. Tyler called me prior to the procedure to discuss taking an antibiotic and provided specific instructions for dosage. Throughout the entire procedure Dr. Tyler and Vanessa ensured I was comfortable and understand each step. Dr. Tyler takes the time to educate you about your teeth and the procedure itself. I did not experience any pain at all! It is rare to find this high quality of care in healthcare. The office is very clean and calming which creates a more relaxed atmosphere. I found this office by reading online reviews and it certainly lived up to the hype.

I was referred to Dr. Tyler for root canal therapy. Dr.Tyler spent more time than one could imagine to explain what my X-ray showed and what was there. The Dr. then explained the procedure and all the unknowns and possible outcomes with my complicated tooth. Dr. Tyler is indeed the " queen of Novocain " as there was no pain and she checked often to make sure it stayed that way. Dr. Tyler was successful with my tooth and I am extremely pleased. Vanessa is Dr.Tylers assistant and she was also very pleasant and knows her job extremely well. Those two professionals make a great team. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tyler and her team to any one who is in need of root canal therapy.

Needed a root canal. Was referred to Dr. Tyler. She explains everything she is doing as the procedure progresses and that made me more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Tyler is you are in need of a root canal. And her assistants are wonderful also

I have been seeing Dr Tyler for probably 20 years, and you'll never be in any discomfort. She takes her time, you will understand what she will be doing and why. Her pleasant and calm demeanor keep you relaxed. Who else can say that they have actually fallen asleep during a root canal? I have, twice!

Dr Tyler and her staff are fantastic! Needed a root canal ASAP and receptionist Marilyn worked to get me in. Office is very clean and modern. Dr Tyler was knowledgeable and professional as she walked me through the entire procedure. Spend quite a bit of time with me along with her wonderful assistants. Wasn't looking forward to a root canal but their office made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. Highly recommend them!

I have had 2 other root canals with other Endos in the past and they were not positive experiences at all. East Greenwich Endodontics, comparatively speaking, was a pleasure. From my initial contact on the phone all the way through my procedure the entire staff we're completely focused on my needs and how I was feeling. Dr Tyler in particular communicated each step of the procedure and was constantly checking to see how I was feeling.. I could not have asked for better service and care.

Dr. Tyler is wonderful!! Very attentive to patient comfort and pain-free experience. Her staff is delightful and very kind. Dr. Tyler retreated an old root canal and was able to quickly recognize why the original procedure failed. The retreat was successful and I wish Dr. Tyler could be my doctor for everything!

I had a root canal today for the first time . I never thought I'd say this experience was amazing! She is so gentle and kind and I loved and appreciated how each step was explained in great detail. Her demeanor was soft and gentle and I felt so comfortable. Her amazing knowledge and expertise made me feel at ease and she took every measure to make sure I was comfortable and I was doing well. She made a really difficult procedure an delightful one !!Thanks so much for making me feel so comfortable and she was so sweet about answering all my questions. I felt like her staff really understood me . Melissa the receptionist is just so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She was so easy to talk to and really took the time to listen to me.Also, she returned my phone calls immediately Dr.Tyler's assistant was so sweet and so patient and made me feel at ease as wellYou all rock thanks for taking such great care of me !!!!

Dr. Tyler and her staff are terrific - friendly, efficient, and highly competent. They were very generous with the novacane and instilled confidence by explaining every step of the process. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the procedure.

Dr.Tyler and her whole staff are amazing!! I have a lot of anxiety and Dr. Tyler was extremely patient with me from the time I walked in to the end of my procedure. She definitely is the queen of novocain! I did not feel a thing. She explained every step along the way and kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok or if I needed to stop. She even provided a pillow for my neck. I highly recommend Dr. Tyler you will not be disappointed!!!

Getting a root canal is never fun. Dr Tyler was very thorough, constantly explaining treatment options with the pros and cons of each. During the procedure, Dr Tyler's utmost concern was my comfort. She gave me plenty of Novocain and tested to make sure I felt nothing before she began the treatment. Once underway, I felt zero pain, and once the Novocain wore off, my mouth felt completely normal. Dr Tyler's assistant Vanessa always made me comfortable and anticipated Dr. Tyler's every need. Check in and out with Melissa was simple, prompt and professional. The facility was modern and super clean. I wound definitely recommend this practice for your endodontic needs.
