I had an appointment and I was very impressed with this visit in a Whole. The receptionist quickly confirmed my insurance and I could not be any happier. I returned for extraction of wisdom teeth and one other. The process was smooth and before I realized it I was home and healing. Thank You to the Staff & Dr. Patel for a job Well Done. Dr. Patel and his office staff are wonderful!! No one likes to see the oral surgeon but Dr. Patel makes the experience as best as possible! He is a kind, compassionate, and dedicated oral surgeon. The phone calls to check on you mean a lot to me. Dr. Patel is a blessing to the community!

Oh my!!! What a great and pleasant place to come! Everyone shows that they love working here and helping those that need them. I didn't see one employee who didn't smile and was welcoming! They way they put my and my grandson's mind at ease was remarkable. They answered every question we had, even the ones that only made sense to my grandson. Sometimes I read reviews of places and think people aren't really being honest, they are exaggerating. But as afraid as I am of the pain of the dentist, I've really want to give this place a try! They treated my grandson exactly how I believe they would treat their very own family. To go further, the dentist even reach out to check with him after hours. Talk about feeling valued!! The wait was better than expected. They were timely and I even found a new show to watch while I waited for surgery to be done. I actually wasn't ready to leave and the lobby was not crowed! As we speak right now, my grandson is doing great and is actually pain free at this moment!!! Five stars would not be what I would give them though.....it would be a 7 rating hands down!!!

Dr. Patel has been wonderful and his staff is great also. My children had their wisdom teeth removed same day and it went smoothly. Getting a phone call to check on them later that afternoon, after surgery was meaningful and proved that patients matter.

The most rude people I've dealt with .. I would highly advise not to use this place!!! Especially the staff doing the appointments.

Couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Had original appointment scheduled for a week later but my mouth kept swelling to the size of a golf ball and the antibiotics I was on were not helping. Called my dentist at 10:30 and he had me an appointment with Dr. Patel for 2:00 the SAME DAY! I later found out it was the office's busiest day of the week but Dr. Patel assured me he would work me in that day since I wasn't "on the schedule". He was able to extract 3 teeth and I was out of the office by 4:30. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Patel even called later in the evening to check on my condition and offered medical suggestions as I was in a great deal of pain at the time. Exceptional surgeon and staff!

I love this place, our daughter came here and had extensive extractions, she had hardly any pain when we got home and took only a couple ibuprofen over a couple days. I was so impressed with that care having very bad experiences for over 40 years! I had my procedure yesterday...a bunch of teeth had to be pulled, I feel pretty good today. Thank you East GA Oral for all you have done for our family

Dr. Patel was awesome. I didn't feel a thing. The nurses were great in making me comfortable. Dr. Patel even called later in the day to check on me. Great place to go if you need oral surgery.

The Doctor and staff are very professional and friendly which made me feel extremely comfortable. The waiting area and surgical procedure areas were clean and neat, well kept. Everyone had genuine personalities and displayed caring attitudes.

Easy, precise and fast! Dr. Patel was gentle, staff was sincerely professional and very clean! Two secretaries were welcoming and made you feel like family. Wonderful experience with tooth extraction. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes!
