Very clean office. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Everyone my daughter encountered was super patient and understanding of her fears. My daughter has Wiedemann Steiner Syndrome and I was worried how they would handle a child with a disorder. They did amazing! I highly recommend this place.

The folks at ECOS are very friendly. They walked me through every step of the procedure. I am not an employee and I hate getting dental work done. They make it pleasant.

Affordable and excellent staff. It was very clean and they got me in fast. Dr. Mullendore is excellent he called at the end of the day to make sure I was doing OK. They provided everything needed for comfort and recovery.

Dr. Andrew Mullendore is an extraordinarily gifted and compassionate oral surgeon. His genuine concern for the well-being of his patients is immediately apparent and his willingness to devote inordinate amounts of time to assure a full understanding of procedures and results is refreshing. After a search of nearly seven months, Dr. Mullendore was one of only two oral surgeons willing to undertake my very difficult problem. Without exception, his staff members are kind and professional and share his concern for their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Andrew Mullendore, his staff and East Columbus Oral Surgery Specialists.

The staff was amazing and fought hard with the insurance company to insure my daughter got the best care possible. I would highly recommend them and if would need to see an oral surgeon again I would definitely return. The doctor is such a down to earth and caring person as is the entire staff. Amazing job thank you

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was nervous about getting my wisdom taken out but after talking to staff my nerves were calmed.

Daughter had surgery today and the Dr and nurses were fantastic. Couldn't of asked for anything better. When I got home I called to ask about medications and the lady at the front desk was very very rude, condescending and didn't want to help get the question answered. I ended up just hanging up. Really put a bad taste in my mouth after having such a good interaction with the Dr and nurses.

I would definitely recommend this office for any oral procedures especially with kids! My 13 year old daughter had to get 4 molars removed for braces and she was so nervous! My daughter decided that she just wanted topical cream and shots instead of laughing gas or anesthesia. The procedure was super fast and Dr Douglas Von Kaenel explained everything and made my daughter feel at ease! He is awesome but I'm sure all the doctors are great. The entire office was super nice.

To be honest I was extremely nervous to have to be put under general anesthesia for the removal of my 4 impacted wisdom teeth. But the staff was very reassuring that I was in good hands and they were right! Dr. ANDREW R. MULLENDORE, DDS was the best! And I definitely would recommend East Columbus Oral Surgery specialist to a loved one or close friend.

The staff is rude, they will speak over you, call you names & give incorrect pricing. This is not the same staff I dealt with a few years ago. The prior staff was very nice. This place has changed for the bad.

I can't say enough about this practice from the reception desk to the doctors. They're very clear and honest about their practices, gentle and understanding with patients and extremely concise and informative for parents of juvenile patients. This practice has it all. We're very happy patients and will continue to refer family and friends for years to come.

Got my wisdom teeth done here today, the doctors were very quick and professional! I highly recommend Dr. Doug Von-Kannel, he was great! There minimal pain as well, at least not until I got home...
