Where do I even begin? Between Dr Brunner himself, his assistant Terry, amazing Rhonda, and everyone else i came into contact with at this office- remarkable. I have never in my life been more comfortable with a doctor like I was with Dr. Brunner from the first few minutes of my initial consultation. By doctor, I mean every kind of provider there is. I wish he could be my provider for every form of care. My worries and complications were dismissed by so many traditional dentists/oral surgeons and I spent many hours researching on what other options I had. I spent months drowning myself in holistic oral care research and eventually found Dr. Brunner. I had my consultation and scans done on a Tuesday, where he not only confirmed my suspicions/worries/complications, but IMMEDIATELY reassured me that this was the right choice and to feel all I was feeling because it was finally time this was getting taken care of- two days later when they fit me in on Thursday for my procedure. Dr. Brunner, the front-of-house staff, and his nurse made me COMPLETELY aware of every single step, every single charge, and answered every single question I had (which can often be a laundry list). The operation could not have gone any better. He gave me the option for gas/sleep/etc and also made me aware that I was allowed to stay awake. I chose to stay awake and I'm so glad I did. I felt ZERO pain, including the needle-insert from the phlebotomist who needed to collect my blood for his second to none approach to the operation, and I was so much more at ease than I ever would have been. I have a need-to-know thought process that makes me feel confident in my decisions and Dr. Brunner was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I knew what was going on during the procedure, I knew he was performing every step they outlined in my treatment plan, and I knew that I was OKAY + in great hands. During any moment of panic, he and his assistant Terry both reassured me all was well. Unfortunately for Terry, I had to grab his arm a few times at the start to feel more at ease. When I say at ease, it was more calming the overwhelming emotions of finally removing this toxic burden from my head. Not panic from the situation I was in as it was the best chair I could have chosen to be in. I am day 1 post-op and have yet to touch the pain reducer and the site of extraction is doing great. I was given ample information for follow-up care and Dr. Brunner was sure to schedule my follow-up appointment before we even started the procedure. I hope this review helps anyone struggling; truly put your mind at ease & know you found the gold standard. I went as far as reading his previous reviews the night before my operation because it calmed me tremendously. I am so thankful for Dr. B and his practice. So completely thankful.

Excellent experience. Great front desk interaction, calming atmosphere and the medical staff was amazing. Having had several poor dental experiences over the years, one has reservations about having dental work done- period. Needing a non-negotiable procedure performed- Dr. Brunner and his team provided me with education, great explanations of the procedure, and they were very re-assuring and attentive. The PRP and holistic philosophy was impressive and forward thinking. Most importantly, I felt secure with their professionalism, skills and approach. Dr. Brunner was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!

I had wisdom teeth extracted as well as bone graft done this morning. The whole procedure was painless .I was quite anxious initially but the staff helped me with laughing gas to calm me. Within an hour i drove back home and Dr Brunner did excellent job. I would recommend East Cobb Oral Surgery for their care and smooth procedure.

The front office Woman who answers the phone is rude. She may not be aware how she comes across over the phone however her attitude makes any potential client not want to patronize this office. Which is a shame considering the Surgeon probably does fantastic, healthy work!! Awful customer service skills to people who are in pain.

Dr. Lazerson and his assistant were very professional, thorough, and very much put me at ease for the extraction. It went very well, no discomfort, and they communicated aftercare very well. In fact, the discomfort afterward was almost negligible. I appreciated Dr. Lazerson's phone call in the evening to check on me and to be available for any further questions.

I called to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction and the woman that answered the phone, Rhonda, was extremely rude. She first asked if I had been there before, I told her no and she quickly placed me on hold. She then came back as if someone else was there to take the call. She asked about the general dentist numerous times and I told her the name. She then kept saying she couldn't find him as if they have a special list of Dr's they work, with but THIS LOCATION IS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE + I have a referral letter. The whole purpose of calling was to see where I could go to sooner to have this tooth removed. Thanks for nothing Rhonda.

Dr Brunner is very gifted and talented at surgery. He has a wonderful calm demeanor and his staff is beyond fantastic. East Cobb is lucky to have such a fantastic oral surgeon, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very nice greeting from staff upon arrival. Very knowledgable and understanding of my son's complex medical needs. Christian music over speakers was refreshing. Quick and painless and pleasant! Extra mile! Much better experience than we expected!

Dr. Brunner has been treating me, with a complex medical condition, for 11 years. He has never failed to be honest, helpful, and most importantly, effective, in his dealings with me, and Truly has made an effort to learn how to manage my unique situation. Highly Recommend.
