We were first time patients today. I rarely ever give online reviews. Today, I had to make an exception. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Allen and his employees! The warmth and kindness resonated not only from Dr. Allen, but his entire staff! We barely had any wait time, and the whole appointment was quick, but extremely efficient. Dr. Allen is very experienced, but he stays up to date on new developments. There was no up selling, and no pressure. He gave his recommendations, and that was it. Dr. Allen is not only board certified in Dentistry, but also Orthodontics. He will be our dentist and orthodontist for years to come. My girls had a wonderful time watching Shrek on the TVs that they have installed on the ceiling for during their cleanings! The girls were given to wear while they were shining the bright light into their mouths. Dr. Allen also did an incredible job explaining to my children and myself exactly what was going on with their teeth and bites. I cannot say enough about how terrific of an experience this was. If you are in the East Cobb area, this is the best pediatric dentist around!

This dentist office takes its time to know each patient from the staff at the front desk to the dentist. They don't rush and they genuinely care about each patient and the parents I could not say enough great things about them. I would give them a 11 out of 10! Been with this dentist now for over 18 months and every visit there is something I love more!

I LOVEEEEEEE this Dentist practice. My 10 year is never afraid, she goes in by herself, the Staff from the front desk to the Assistants, the Dentist are all AMAZING! I get more nervous than my Kid. Our previous Dentist wasn't the best fit; East Cobb Dentistry definitely is.

The anxiety of going to the dentist is hard tor my 8 year old. This is our second time at East Cobb Dentistry and they have made him feel so at ease every time. No tears! Staff is great!! Definitely recommend and especially for those kids that hate the dentist!

From the time you walk into the door until the time you leave- this office is full of smiling faces. I have a special needs 12 year old. They listened to my concerns, turned on his favorite movie and were beyond patient with him. The front office, our hygienist, and the Dentist were helpful, knowledgeable and made our whole experience wonderful- which is not an easy feat by any means for my boy. I'm more than willing to travel an hour and a half to receive the care we did today. 5 stars and HIGHLY recommended.

FAntastic as always. They are so great with my 4 year old. I was so nervous he wouldn't cooperate again and boy did he show me how wrong I was. They were so awesome with him they even got him to take a couple X-rays after his cleaning. They don't push the young ones too far. They are a great team and plus Dr. Allen had hello kitty nikes. Doesn't get cooler than that. Thanks guys

We had our first visit at ECDFKs a few weeks ago and then again yesterday. We absolutely loved Dr. Allen and his staff. My daughter (10) who is normally trepidatious when It comes to medical or dental visits left the office after having a cleaning saying, "mom, I like that dentist office!". Second time we went I took my 3 yo twin boys, who wanted to stay longer. Hands down, one of the best dental visits we've ever had. This place is warm and welcoming, don't take your kids anywhere else!

Amazing service, was so impressed! They were able to work my daughter in on an emergent visit as a new patient and were so kind and caring and able to get everything fixed up on the same day.

Friendly and caring staff. Was nervous being my daughter's first check up at 4, but she was very comfortable through the process. The dental hygienist explained everything and talked through the process so my daughter was well aware of everything going on and what to expect. My other younger daughter will be going to the same location once she is of age.

I LOVE this place!!! My son was so comfortable with the Dr. Echols and the staff.My son had to get some cavities filled and they squeezed him in so we didn't have to come back. My only regret is I didn't find this place sooner. It's only 10 minutes from my house and my son is 17 so he only have a little less than 2 years to come . Thank you Dr. J.Echols, Tanja and the rest of the staff for a great visit!

Everyone from front office, to techs, to the Dr himself were amazing. Everything was explained with detail and they all showed concern for my questions and doubts. The patience showed to us was highly appreciated. Thank you.
