Dr. Barry Moss grew up in Brooklyn, NY and was raised in Central New York. He completed his undergraduate degree in Westchester County, NY, which is where he met his wife. During college, he helped run the Emergency Medical Services on campus, which is where he developed his passion and love for helping people. He received his dental degree (DMD) in 1996 from Temple University. While there he completed externships in oral surgery, as well as worked in emergency medical services.
Dr. Moss has been a PA resident for 27 years. He began his dental career holding licenses in 5states and workedfor a company that specialized in mobile dentistry for residential facilities. He also participated in running Soldier Readiness Programs (SRP) for the military. It was then that he achieved Director of Clinical Dentistry for over 95 facilities.
Dr. Moss enjoys all facets of Clinical Dentistry, buthis passion lies in his interactions with his patients. He's known to have funny voices for his young patients and willcracka joke or two for those who will listen.
He lives in Hershey, PA with his understanding wife, 2amazingdaughters, 2dogs and 2rescue cats. He enjoys traveling,spending time with his family, doing projects around the house and loves to landscape(or just diga few holes to plant trees) to relax. His passion has always been helping people and hopes to practice for many years to come.
Affectionately called 'Dr. Mo' by his staff and colleagues, Dr. Mohammad Elkhatib 's focus is on providing a comfortable dental experience for each and every patient. Dr. Mo is often described as compassionate, easily approachable, humorous and experienced. His mentor in dental school described him as 'a highly ethical dentist who always puts the patient first.' Dr. Mo provides quality dental care by utilizing the latest advancements in dentistry.
Dr. Mo was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt next to the ancient Giza Pyramids. His first dental school was Cairo University 's esteemed 'Kasr El Aini' School of Oral and Dental Medicine. He achieved his first Dental Degree; the Bachelor of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery from that famous school.
He was known throughout his dental school years in Egypt for his charitable work. Upon moving to the U.S., Dr. Mo attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He graduated from the famous Ivy League school with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine Degree.
Dr. Mo is highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including: fillings, bondings, crowns, bridges, root canal treatment, dentures and teeth extractions; including impacted wisdom teeth. He also offers surgical placement and restoration of dental implants. Dr. Mo is also a recognized lnvisalign Provider. Invisalign is the use of invisible aligners to correct malocclusion and teeth malposition, instead of using wires and braces.
Dr. Naco is a graduate of the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University and is originally from Albania. She completed her undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
She is a member of dental organizations including American Dental Association and Pennsylvania Dental Association and is committed to continuing education courses. Dr. Naco is dedicated to her profession and serving her patients.

After having 2 babies, my teeth were destroyed. I've been terrified to go to the dentist for over a year now, but after seeing how kind & patient they were with my son, I scheduled an appointment for myself. Dr. Moss explained how he'd fix everything & put me completely at ease. I had 4 fillings my first appointment & didn't feel a thing. The hygienist was kind, asked me several times if I was ok. I'd recommend East Chocolate Dental to anyone!!

The Front desk lady Michelle is a very rude person and has an awful attitude problem! Plus on top of that she was not being helpful at all!! Way to go

This place is terrible. The people that work here have are unhelpful and have bad attitudes. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.

I had a great experience here. I needed a root canal. Came in and everyone was very friendly and quick. Dr. Moss did a wonderful job.

The absolute worst place to go! Not friendly at all the office manager is extremely rude hung up on me multiple times and the dentist there alkateed Mohamed is so rude and so unprofessional! He threatened me with calling CYS if I didn't sign papers that HE forgot to give me for my fiancee I will be calling the board of dentistry on him today to make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else! Because I'm pretty sure seeing my kids for almost 2 years w.o my consent could get him into trouble!

This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional dentist I've ever been too. I've ran into so many issues with them within a yr it amazes me they are still open for business. Never going back again, finding a better dentist, only reason I was going here was because I thought they would be help and they just caused stress.

Steer clear of this place and Dr. Muhammad. I'm disgusted with the way I was treated by Dr. Muhammad and his staff. I had a referral for a crown replacement, I provided X-rays before scheduling my appointment. Right from the start this blockhead pulls up my X-ray and in the most sarcastic tone says "show me what makes you think that you need a crown replacement and show me on here since you know". I just got up and walked out, I have never been disrespected, immediately, for absolutely no reason. After, Dr. Muhammad followed me to the front desk where I ask the ladies for the name of the doctor I had been with, because he's refusing to tell me. Dr. Muhammad tells the ladies not to answer and they all listen! Just sitting there, silently and desperately trying to ignore me. Finally, the only lady with some integrity working in that office came to her senses, and realized I had every right to know his name, she spoke up and gave it to me. If you're a person that reads a review before buying anything or going some place but sometimes you take a chance; Don't take that chance this time.
