Dr. Michael L. Rudolph graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree with honors. After dental school, Dr. Rudolph served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps and completed advanced training rotations in oral surgery, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, and dentures. He also completed a year-long fellowship in gum health and gained experience in this area normally received only in advanced specialty training residencies. Throughout his career, he has taken extensive post-graduate continuing education in all areas of dentistry in order to provide the most current and effective treatment options to his patients. Dr. Rudolph recently attended the Alabama Implant Institute, one of the leading educators in implant dentistry. In 2018, Dr. Rudolph received extensive training at the prestigious American Academy of Facial Esthetics for Botox and Dermal fillers. He also received training through the AAFE for Dental Sleep Medicine and Bruxism Therapy. He is proud to participate in community programs to serve needy members of our community. Dr. Rudolph is an active member of the Kosciusko County Dental Society, Indiana Dental Association, and American Dental Association. Dr. Rudolph recently made the move to Kosciusko County, purchasing a home in Warsaw. He and his wife Sheryl are the proud parents of 4 children, and their 3 year old sweet Mini Golden Doodle, Maggie. The Rudolph's enjoy traveling, fine cuisine, and cross fit training.

Karlei began her career at East Center Dental in 2006. Shes worn a few different hats since she started and became Team Leader in April of 2015. She loves helping the doctors and team get patients healthy. She also takes care of the marketing for ECD and maintains their social media! (Like us on Facebook!) Shes been happily married to Dan since 2001. In 2015, she gave birth to their beautiful son, Oliver. They enjoy spending family time together and traveling. They are foodies who enjoy trying new restaurants and attending concerts.

Chris graduated from Dental Hygiene School in South Bend in 1986 and has been with East Center Dental for the last 20 years. Chris has 3 grown children and one precious grand baby. She enjoys spending time with her husband fishing and exploring new places along Lake Michigan.

Jennifer has been a familiar face at East Center Dental for many years. She graduated from IPFW in 1989 and has been practicing dental hygiene ever since. She loves to educate our patients. She has 4 children and 1 granddaughter. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and doing outdoor actives like walking, biking and gardening.

Nicole has been with East Center Dental since 1992. She received her certification for dental assisting from IUSB and received her EFDA certification in 2014. Her kind and caring personality puts our patients at ease. She feels its an honor to serve them with they come in for treatment. She is married and is raising 3 active children. When not at working you can find her at either a basketball or baseball game!

Jenn started at East Center Dental in Sept. 2005. You will find her helping our patients schedule their upcoming treatment and working with them to find a easy financial plan to fit their treatment into their budget. Jenn has been happily married to her husband Brandon since 2006. They have two children, Mason and Maddie. Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and attending Mason's sporting events and Maddie's chear competitions. She is a lifelong resident of Leesburg, IN.

Tinisha is an expanded dental assistant here at ECD. She has been in dentistry for over 5 years now and loves it! From an early age, she knew dentistry was for her. When she was very young people would compliment her smile and she remembered how confident and positive that made her feel. She knew she wanted to be a part of something that would help others achieve confidence through enhancing their smile. Theres nothing more satisfying than seeing the happiness in others who have improved their smile and oral health whether it be through completing Invisalign, getting new crowns, veneers, or dentures, or even whitening their teeth. Said Tinisha. Besides dentistry, she also has interests in history, art, and music. When not at work she enjoys traveling all over the world visiting museums, tasting new foods, and experiencing new cultures or just simply spending time with her family; her better half of over 20 years Jamie, and their three children.
