Dr. Farrokh is originally from Rochester, NY where he attended the University of Rochester earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry in 1998. Upon graduation he attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2002 and then completed an additional year of training at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at John Dempsey Hospital.

My children and I have been going to East Cedar Dental of Newington for many years now and have been very satisfied with all of the services we have received. Both Dr. Farrokh and his hygienists are very gentle and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience with Doctor Farrokh and his staff. As a new patient, you are always a little apprehensive. Tiffany did an excellent job on my cleaning. I will definitely be referring family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr Farrokh since he started his practice in Newington. He's always punctual, professional and personable. I've had a couple dental situations arise and he's always been accommodating. Scheduling is never a problem even during the pandemic. He's currently the primary dentist for 3 generations of our family.

Dr. Farrokh and his staff are awesome. The main reason I love Dr. Farrokh is because he not only cares for health of my teeth but also the appearance. They are great at making my teeth look and feel really beautiful.

I recently had a crown put in and had an issue a couple of days later. As soon as I called the office, they got me in right away. Dr. Farrokh fixed the issue with his caring and compassionate way! He always makes me feel at ease. Thank you Doctor!!
