Avoid this place. The faculty and their assistants are cold and rude and don't treat you like a person. They act like their working on dummies and forgot the people that come there are human beings. If you tell them they're hurting you or that you're uncomfortable they get angry and blame you the patient. They don't want you to talk to them or ask questions about your care. They have the attitude that the people they service don't matter and probably come become they are poor or desperate. This is a teaching facility and they're there to learn by practicing on the people that come through the door. They're not in the business of helping others. Avoid this place and go to a Real Dentist.

Absolutely will never go here. Had scheduled appointments for my kids 2 months in advance and this dentist changed the appointment time without contacting me. I am unable to keep the new appointment due to other medical appointments, and now they have nothing available until September. I'll just take my kids elsewhere.

Never have had a problem with the quality of work done (after 4 years of using their services). Costs run 25-40% cheaper than others, depending on the procedure. Always treated kindly and professionally. No complaints other than hard to get in for service sometimes because of the volume of patients (or lack of dental technicians). Covid may play a part in this...not sure.

Terrible dentist office and staff .. they do do not seem to put their patients first . They took my money and did not pull the tooth instead said that it would have to be done elsewhere after saying that they could do it at their office . Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the whole experience .

The entire staff is professional and courteous. I have had several different dentist, while repairing my teeth from an accident earlier in life. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service, got what I wanted at a fairly low cost and they went above and beyond what I expected at a dentist.

I have been going here for a couple of years now and I always get the best service. I've had one tooth pulled out without any problems and I will say the doctor was very good and concerned with my wellbeing in fact he gave me his cell phone number so if I had any problems I could call him. Dr. Anderson has been excellent approving the dental work that I have done here. Again I would recommend this Dental Office to anyone.

I am very displeased with the quality of service. I think this office could benefit from having more training when it comes to dental insurance and when a patient insurance changes. Due to my insurance changing, I have endured a bad experience with staff. They made me feel like.... well, I won't say. I was discriminated, humiliated and interrogated when I tried to schedule an appointment. Even though I didnt have my new official insurance card, I explained to staff that I had a temporary card with the accurate information so they could verify. One particular time, one of the receptionist called my insurance and she stated they could not verify. I understood because that was in the beginning of the process. Days later, I had my insurance company to call the dental office to let them know that I was cover. We went back and forth several times. So after a month, I tried again. This time, I had all of the information on the temporary card. I called the office and the receptionist routed my call to the office manager. Before I could say anything, the manager stated that she read the notes in my chart and she was unable to schedule an appointment without seeing the card. She wanted evidence!!! Now how would that make you feel? I am a person of class and integrity. I have been going there for a while and then you are going to treat me this way. They should have taken my information like any doctor's office and contacted my insurance to verify. I encouraged them to call but the office manager said no! She stated that she would schedule an appointment, if I fax or bring her the card. Wow! What if you don't have access to a fax machine or unable to make it in there during that time to schedule an appointment. Long story short, I have decided to leave this provider. I am very upset with the service and how it was handled. You couldn't schedule me an appointment but you were able to schedule other people, new people. You still had to verify!!!! Why am I different or my situation different from the new patients and I have been there for a few years.... smh
