It's like going to your old friends place for dental work. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Franco is absolutely the best dentist in the country. Professional, talented, experienced and passionate. He's also funny and kind. I fly up from NC to see him. That should speak volumes about his character. I enjoy going to the dentist.

Dr. Franco is so amazing at what he does he's very careful and caring and his work is very professional I would highly recommend visiting also his workers are very nice and make u feel very welcomed

Dr. Franco literally makes me feel like family, he also attends to my sons as well. A dentist visit usually isnt on the fun list but, with East Boston Dental they are quick, efficient and probably the best experience Ive had at a Dentist.

I have been going to EB Dental for close to 40yrs. Dr Franco has been nothing short of awesome. Always accommodates my schedule. Highly recommend

Once again ..."STATUS QUO"...job well done. Karen, and I visited Dr. Franco. Our visit went well, as always. As I've told you all before there is 0 for me to gain by my 5 star reviews. All ya all haters go on going on being miserable spreading hate...no, no, no change ya MO show the Good Doc some love, after all he is just that a good doctor...or you can stick with the same ole same ole being miserable spreading fiction. If ya need an education..there's always school...fool. Job well done Doc ..keep on keeping on ..Kevin/Karen.

Avoid this place at all cost. Going to the dentist is scary enough, I came back to voice my concerns about a tooth I got done instead of easing my mind he went on how I was crazy and I was wasting his time. Started to compare my old tooth and my shoes to the tooth he worked on, how unprofessional. Doesn't matter how long you been in this industry, you don't attack patients like that. He is just there to take people's money. He was expecting me to get more work done which I never agreed on. Pushy from the beginning, advise me to take advantage of the system cause they would pay for all the work he wanted me to do (money hungry). Then he told me to find a new dentist. I wouldn't come back to him if someone paid me.

Dr. Franco has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is absolutely awesome!!!! Always positive, optimistic and very accommodating. His staff is also very good. Always friendly, and very efficient. In short a fantastic place for all your dental needs.
