Not the best experience. Three strikes now with this place. My son had novocain and his lips blew up. Our pediatrician said they must have nicked his lip with the needle. Cut my daughters lip during root canal (that i'm not even sure she needed), now my daughters temp crown falls out an hour later. This is not my first rodeo as I have bad teeth like everyone else in my family and I know for a temp crown you need a post/build up when there isn't enough tooth exposed ... they didn't do this but want to talk about dental surgery to extend the crown? It seems they want to do the most expensive thing first rather than try a more conservative way. Won't be going back to them.

I love this place. Jennifer is always smiling. Dr Singh is so nice. She was so gentle. She explained everything and was very thorough. I highly recommend this place

The service is horrible they wont book my husband an appointment because he missed 2 last year in 2021! They are rude and act like they own the office. Really unprofessional and no clear rules on missing appointments.

Just want to thanks Dr. Soleil Singh for her patience and professionalism during my last visits. It can be intimated for anyone is looking for new dentist and first thing to do is checking theirs' reviews. Friendly staffs and clean environment.

Clearly Dr Alex ISN'T there anymore! I was referred to an office in Salem after a few good appointments and I was totally grateful since I had Dr Alex for 25 years and I just wanted to find a new Dentist that was half as good as he was. Now for the "Root Canal Specialist" incident. I had 2 appointments booked for a Saturday in which the Root Canal Specialist is only there once a month.My main concern was getting the work by the Specialist because of his Schedule. I then sat in the chair for my first appointment when the "Dentist" said "we are pulling 2 teeth".I said "All the teeth on the bottom are being pulled".He then said "MAYBE(Key Word) they want to try to save your teeth".He was wrong and I made the mistake in TRUSTING the Dentist. Now I have 2 pulled teeth and I was told that I couldn't see the "Root Canal Specialist"Because of the extractions.I then said "Why didn't you give me the option since it's imperative that I see the Dentist that's only available once a month"... After much discussion(with 2 extracted teeth) the Specialist said he could do it. I then was told a Machine was broken so the Root Canal couldn't be done. I was upset because now I was just being lied too..... They then threatened to call the Police.... They didn't do that but they gave me another referral..... I immediately drove to 999 Saratoga to speak to them about this.The girl at the desk said we will call you and let you know what will happen next.... That was Sat May 21..... I am writing this on Friday May 27. I placed 2 calls to the office that went unreturned. I then called 30 minutes ago and I was told "We didn't get any calls from you and the Manager will be back on Wed June 1. Dr Alex would NEVER do this! This is INCOMPETENCE! Let's see what happens on Wednesday........

They moved my appointment already scheduled for a week later. My urgency was a couple of dental extractions, so I arrive at the clinic, they literally just make me open my mouth for a quick check-up and immediately give me a referral to schedule an appointment at another clinic WITHOUT even giving me an explanation or a reason. I think they are not honest when they mention on their website that in their "many" services include extractions and then they end up referring the patient to another clinic for this service.

I was going to this location before it switched over to East Boston Dental. I think it was a private practice, which was awesome. However, I've had issues with East Boston Dental... first appointment I was in the chair for about 8 mins. No exam, just used that water scaler, told me to floss more and left the room to work on another patient. $120.... Today had an appointment at 2:30. They obviously overbooked and I had to leave without being seen at 3. Very unreliable.

Very bad experience that I had in my life with this new front desk people ,they don't know anything about Costumer service . The doctor is great and she's doing a great job but the front desk people not at all . PS : not recommended

Was recommended this dentist by a friend so I decided to transfer over from my previous dentist that I had problems with. Definitely worth the extra ride going here! I recently had a root canal done here and it was by far the easiest and most painless one I've had done (had 3 others). Very friendly front desk staff as well as dentists and assistants. One suggestion I have for you is to put up some dental posters in your exam rooms so there's something to look at while waiting/dentist is doing something. If driving here, plan to come a few minutes early to find parking. Great place !

They always have new people in the front never a steady person Dr.Alek isn't there no more, they had this sweet young girl I'll say 3-4 weeks back by Jasmine very kind very polite, sat down with me did the iPad thingy for me( Eye sight poorly) at the end of the appointment we chit chatted made a new appointment when I went in they had a new person in the front. It doesn't look good for their business to change people continually

Over two weeks ago I called to make an appointment, they verified my insurance information and said it was acceptable. On the day of the appointment I called them myself because I got no reminders but they verified yes I have my appointment today see you at 5, ok.
