Received a call that my nephew had to have is appointment rescheduled asked why the receptionist said that the dentist had to many filling todo and he didn't want to do anymore the dentist name is Dr. Len. Like where do they do this at...He don't have to worry because he won't be seeing my nephew again!!!! PERIODT

Beware I went to this place and got 3 root canals they all failed then they want to send you send you to a specialist to pay more money between these 3 root canals it has cost me 10k to get the teeth done correctly along with ugly crown margins showing due to gum loss and gum scarring I never write reviews but I dont want anyone to go through the horrible experience that I've had to go through i would never let Dr Patel or anyone in his office touch my teeth again dont say you wasnt warned he is a total crook and shouldn't even be able to practice dentistry anymore and the people who usually do the work are not there when you have to come back when you have a problem

The front desk dont know what they're doing (young lady with pimples to be specific) she told me over the phone they are closed fridays but when I spoke to the other staff she was able to book me friday. Except Sandra she is very organized. Dental assistants don't go over the discharge paper. I'm not coming back again. Dr Patel is a nice dentist but didn't even tell me I needed antibiotics until I saw the prescription to pick up pain pills. Not a pleasant experience with them.

I am very satisfied with the treatment and care that I receive from town dental they are very professional, caring and effective at treating oral issues without any major pain I definitely recommend this dentist office.

Save yourself the trouble I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. Decided to get a routine fill in done by a secondary dentist told me after your ready to go. He left my bite high and fractured tooth below now I need a root canal. They couldn't do the root canal because I wanted to get the crown elsewhere because it's not covered by my insurance at town dental. Now my insurance is expired and I'm left with a badly decayed tooth because they couldn't just do the root canal procedure which was paid for. Prior to this experience I had no pain whatsoever my luck I guess. No disrespect Dr. Patel it's not your fault just venting my frustration.

I do not recommend coming here. I have come many times before and despite arriving early to all of my appointments I'm always called in an hour later. The work is lazy and I end up going to another dentistry to have them check that everything was done right. Overall not a pleasant experience and to top it all off they ask you to rate them 5 stars. Do not be fooled by the high rating.
