If you have terrible fear of dental work.. this is the place you want to go. I needed 2 implants and my regular dentist sent me here. I was terrified (long history of dental problems, and the pain associated with that). The implants included bone grafts: I was really frightened going in. Dr. Santiago carefully explains what is going to happen, but in my case, it didn't happen as it should!! He had to do extra work unexpectedly and still it turned out so great. Dr. Santiago is SO gentle, so caring, and his staff is first rate as well. Great doctor, great care. Highly recommended!

Dr. Santiago and his team did a fantastic job of laser gum surgery for me several months ago! So much less intrusive and so much less painful than traditional dental surgery. Things have healed up nicely and the follow up visits are great.

Dr Kwan and Santiago are skilled periodontists. They work at getting your gums healthy and keeping your original teeth if at all possible. The hygienists are good at cleaning. They are quick and pain free.

This is a modern, pain-free dental experience.I went to the same Dentist for 50 years, now I know what I was missing. My teeth are in better shape, my gums are in better shape, I know what to do, why to do it, and I have the right tools. I wish I've been referred to this office years ago.

I have been going to Kris for my dental cleanings for over 10 years and she has saved my teeth! She is kind, gentle and an absolute expert at cleaning teeth and has extensive knowledge about dental issues such as deep pockets and gum recession and how to manage it. I would trust no one other than Kris to care for my teeth. Highly recommend seeing her if you can get in!

I used to see Dr. Kwan as my periodontist for many years. Now that he has sold his practice, I continue seeing his successor, Dr. Santiago. I saw him today. Just as Dr. Kwan did, Dr. Santiago goes above and beyond his duties. He thoroughly explained his findings to me and answered all my questions. I believe I made a good decision to stay with this periodontal office.
