No one like to get teeth removed, Eliane is seriously the best employee this place has. The most pleasant to deal with and really empathic to your needs.

First off, let me just say how amazing Natasha was, she was more than helpful and beyond the beat, So to make a long story short I used to race longboards, I was going about 50 mph when I hit sand and my head smashed a curb, I shattered 9 teeth right there but I was 16 , I brushed it off and went hone right away to clean my mouth and tend to the wounds...fast forward 6 years later and im suffering from a sever jawbone infection....I nearly went septic after years of battling with dentists for pricing....13k & 10k& 8k , all crazy prices and DR.Bakios was the first dentis I've ever gone to that saw how bad of shape I was in and wanted to help me right away...within 2 months of meeting these fine people I am now living my best life with the best work energy I've ever had THANK YOU to these guys and girls , absolutely amazing

I needed an emergency tooth extraction and this was the only office I called that was willing to help me. I called over 30 different offices in RI and MA. I explained my tooth was cracked and was leaving for Germany on Friday. I was asked to call back at 4 pm to see if they could help me. After explaining my situation again I was given 10 am appointment for the next day. Dr. Bakios was very warm and understanding. The entire staff was very helpful and professional. I could not have had a better experience. I will always use this office in the future. Thank you for everything!

I am writing this review less than 8 hours after emergency surgery. I thank God that I was able to get in to see this very busy doctor...who's high demand obviously = outstanding performance. The staff were amazing, the procedure quick and effective, and my post surgery recovery easy.

I have been in this facility twice. One for myself and the other for my wife. Before me to get there I have already spoke so many times with receiptionist and nurses and all of them are nice. I had to remove my wisdom tooth and was taken care very nicely and was an emergency appointment. 2nd time was for my wife and even for her all of them even doctor were nice and friendly atmosphere. Both of us did not had any issue or been rude by staff. Receiptionist helped me to apply for care credit card which can pay my entire cost of surgery with 0% interest for 12 months. People blaiming for waiting time let me say this, doctor can not help it as things can be +or - he is fixing human teeth and not changing oil. Waiting is not issue as long as getting best service. Next day I received call from nurse for checking if there is any complications and even on 3rd day.

Avoid this place unless you're ok looking like someone impaled you with a lead pipe. I have never seen so much swelling and bruising after wisdom teeth removal. They were not impacted either. Also, I love animals as much as the next person; they don't belong in an oral surgeons office for obvious reasons.

I'm looking for an oral surgeon and horrified to see that this guy is still in business. A few years ago my daughter had wisdom teeth removed by Bakios and we still talk about how bad it was. Foul office staff, archaic equipment, unprofessional doctor.. the list goes on and on. Stay away !

Worst experience of my life I had teeth pulled without sedation just novacaine and feel this Dr could have put the novacaine in the proper spot than to poke. The pain when pulling was horrific and I had many teeth worked on without sedation don't go

Wow. A tooth removal isn't pleasurable by any means but this was probably the best experience I've had. Quick, fast, no scary sounds LOL i would absolutely return here if needed.

This place was by far one of the worst place I've ever been. I was literally being underestimated and second guessed about my insurance benefit eligibility during my visit. I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I had to leave the place without being evaluated.

Got my wisdom teeth out and had never been under anesthesia before... also have a fear of needles. To sum things up this procedure was stressing me out and I was crying before I had even sat in the chair. The dental hygienists were so sweet they comforted me and calmed me down and wiped my tears (lol) and talked me threw the procedure. Before I knew it it was over and it was really nothing to worry about. Overall great experience.

Would not recommend. a) I think I should have taken 2 wisdom teeth out at a time instead of having all 4 removed together. 3 of my wisdom teeth were completely under the gum, 2 of which fully impacted. That's an intense surgery, and indeed I have been having a very difficult time recovering. However, at no time did the doctor inform me of the pros and cons of taking 2 vs 4 based on my situation and he simply told me it's my choice. I felt I was not well-informed after the consultation. b) after the surgery, my lips were very badly broken. I know it's common to have your lips torn a bit, but I think they were very rough. c) they handed me a tablet to review their practice very soon after I got out of the surgery. But having just woken up from general anesthesia and having had no time to recover from the surgery, how could I know if they did a good job? They should have emailed you for a review a week later. d) the office staff are very incompetent. I go by a different name than my legal name. They just never remembered even after I told them like 10 times and they kept using the name that I don't go by. I was pretty offended. I also had to reschedule my appointment once, and it took them a good 5 minutes to understand what I wanted to do, even though the first thing I said on the phone was that I'd like to reschedule. I only went to this oral surgeon practice because my dentist referred me there. I should have done more research and found a better one. I would not recommend this practice to any of my family or friends. 2 stars because they did what they told me they'd do - removing my wisdom teeth, but otherwise I'm unhappy with my experience.

My wife Cheryl went to Dr. Bakios because she had dental pain for months. She saw several other Dentists that performed a root canal and crown replacement. They said she had TMJ. So she decided to see Dr. Bakios. Upon examination, he determined that she DID NOT have TMJ. She had a cracked tooth that was not identified by two other Dentists. This was the source of her pain and discomfort. He was kind and very professional. We highly recommend him. Excellent Dentist!

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Thursday September 23. I called the office the following day requesting to have the doctor call me because of the amount of pain that I was feeling did not seem to be normal. The amount of medication that was prescribed was not enough to help with the pain. After speaking with the receptionist, it seemed as though they did not care about the fact that I was in pain and never told the doctor I called about my pain. I called first thing in the morning on Friday and was told to call back because the doctor was in surgery. My fiance called back for me because I couldn't talk without it hurting and he was told that the doctor was still in surgery and hadn't been able to tell him about my call. Here we are on Sunday, my face still numb on the right side, still in a massive amount of pain and never heard back from the doctor. On top of all that, in less than 24 hours after surgery, I had stitches falling out from my holes. Not only did all of that happen, but the day of surgery, I was told to call half an hour before surgery to make sure everything was still running on time. I called and they said everything was running smoothly and on time, so I get to my appointment and had to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour to be seen on top of not being able to eat. When the surgery was done, they said that they were going to give me a note excusing me from work due to having surgery. I never received the note.
