Lafayette Dentist Dr. Andrew Ferrier, DDS, is a native Californian from Oakland providing cosmetic dentistry and other dental services to families and individuals in East Bay, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Orinda and Berkeley. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with an undergraduate degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry. After completing dental school at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a DDS, he attended the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he completed his residency and received a Certificate in Post-Graduate Prosthodontics.
Since graduating from UCSF, Dr. Ferrier has worked as both a general dentist and a dental implant specialist. Dr. Ferrier has served as the lead prosthodontist in the Oakland office of the nation-wide dental implant company ClearChoice. Dr. Ferrier was an assistant clinical professor for a number of years at UCSF where he taught dental students about implant and prosthetic principles and clinical techniques. Dr. Ferrier now provides family dentistry while continuing to offer patients the highest level of prosthodontic care with a focus on general, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Very nice people. Very knowledgeable. I was nervous going in but they made me feel comfortable. Explained everything in detail. Wanting to have them do my dental work BADLY. Working on it. Nice , friendly, knows what they're doing that's for sure. Dr awesome . Ruth awesome n so nice.

I had a great implant consultation with Dr. Ferrier. When setting up my appt. Nai was kind, understanding and more than willing to answer all of my questions. When I came in for my appt. She was a wealth of information. Dr. Ferrier is nice and seems to really want to achieve your end goal. He didn't at all give a sales pitch, which I appreciated. The process and final outcome of implants sell them selves. I look forward to starting the process and working with Dr. Ferrier!

Always on time with appointments as scheduled. Great staff to work with highly skilled and trained. They just used their awesome 3D imaging scanner wand on all my teeth the computer screen image was a perfect 3D picture. The dentist has a great chair side manor and brings all the new techniques and skills to dental treatments he performs.

Good first experience at East Bay Healthy Smiles.office staff were really nice and helpful, great exam by the dentist and a great cleaning experience by the hygienist. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I have a hard time coming into Dental offices as I have anxiety with these types of environments. Although, I had an amazing experience. Not only was Ruth truly kind and patient with me, she was informative and really made me felt like I was more like a friend. Andrew, was truly understanding and kind as well. I recommend this office if you're really trying to get your foot in restoring your smile.
