I had a tooth ache in the morning, called for an appointment. I was seen at 3:pm, my toth needed extraction. Within an hour and a half my tooth was gone & so was my toothache. I'm a happy camper.

This is the best place that I have ever been to because I truly felt a caring spirit here and they really care about me being able to eat and eat healthy. They gave me a reasonable price and time to pay. I am very happy to have East Bay Family Dentistry involved in me building my personal life back. May God keep them Blessed

I gave them my insurance and they booked my appointment. Since I am a new patient I called before my appointment to triple check after having bad experiences with my last dentist. I had to call 4 times over an hour before anyone answered. They told me I had paperwork to fill out or my appointment would be cancelled. I rushed over there to fill out the paperwork which was supposed to be texted prior to the appointment and was never sent. After driving there they told me they don't accept my insurance any more. This is after I sent it 20 days prior and spoke to someone who confirmed. This is unethical, unprofessional, and just plain cruel.

Been attending this dentist office since it was located in the former building near Fruitvale Bart. It has a extremely high turn over. Each appointment I have I meet a new person whereas it's there first day or first week. Whenever I come for return visits not even month out, there's yet another set of 'new' dental assistants, receptionist very cringe There's only 1 dentist from my understanding and he rotates patients throughout your visit . I got concerned when I saw my 5th or 6th dentist and noone should constantly have a new dentist each time that then no longer works for the company and there's always excuses. The work seems rushed and overpriced. I've had a few unpleasant experiences . Too many to share. 1 in particular where I was told ' No More talking' while discussing the process for some work. As if asking questions is a crime. Do your due diligence and use your discernment when choosing a dentist!

Don't go here. There are plenty of dentists, this isn't the one for you.

This place was amazing they were very friendly my son got his teeth extracted and they were very professional and fun it made him extremely comfortable it was a breeze very happy that I received dental care here thank you sooo much Dr.Rajpal 10/10

Dr. Rajpal is simply awesome. He is kind, skillful and an expert doctor. My father had intense toothache and we were referred here. The doctor gave us a last minute appointment considering our case as an emergency, and he stayed late for us. He treated my father and my father did great after the treatment. I greatly appreciate for helping my father relieve pain and for all the kindness!! He empathizes with the patients, and helps in need and is extremely patient. I'd strongly recommend the doctor and the facility.

I never wrote review in my whole life but this place I think deserve good words I was not happy with this place before as they were not accepting new patients and I was like who doesn't want new patients But after 6 months on waiting list finally I got my exam done and Dr Rajpal is so blessed with healing hands in my first visit I got positive vibes that my search has come to an end finding another dentist He has state of the art technology he took my CT scans and then made a plan to put all on 4 implants for upper as well as for lower Every dentist before visiting him told me that due to unsufficient bone I have to have 6 implants to support the hybrid bridge Hats off to him not just he only made a commitment but fulfilled as well Now I can eat any food without any fear of loosening of the denture Truly a gem Highly recommends

We make an appointment on Monday for the follow up, waited almost an hour sitting inside and finally the front desk told me the appointment need to be canceled because they did not received the mold from the lab. They have two weeks to received it from the lab, but just tell me when I arrived and without an phone call to notify ahead. Your time is time, customer's time is not? I need to get a day off to come plus a long distance to come. So disappointed with them.

This dentist is great you should bring your kids and family! Make sure you ask for Dr.Rajpal! He is very nice and he is honestly the best, he is very nice with everyone of his patients.

I like how they don't have you waiting forever in the waiting room and they are fast and efficient. The dr. Was very pleasant too. Non judgmental which is always nice. Told him my concerns and he fixed them!

I Went in for a tooth extraction consultation and got my work done the same day. Did not feel a single thing throughout the procedure. When the anesthesia wore off my toothache was gone and I've been pain free ever since. I highly recommend Dr. Manoj.
