People come first at East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP). We are a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. We are mission-driven. When a resident walks through our doors, we get to know them personally. Then, we connect them with the right services, at the right time.
The services we offer help make sure everyone can reach their full potential. This may mean solving immediate challenges, like access to food or housing. Or, it may mean getting and staying healthy for life. Theres medical and dental care, behavioral health care, human services and community programs. We help children, youth, families, adults and elders. EBCAP has over 20 services. And all from one place!
Getting started with EBCAP is easy. Our EBCAPs Community Programsand Children & Youth Services directories makeit simple to find the right starting point. And, every door is the right door at EBCAP. Any staff member will help connect a client with the help they need.
EBCAP strives to be recognized as the premier health and human services agency in the East Bay. EBCAP is governed by its 17 member Board of Directors that is representative of the East Bays public sector, consumers, business, labor, religious, welfare, education and significant minority groups and interests in the community. The Board of Directors meets monthly, and its meetings are open to the public.

Went to get a tooth pulled at apt was told to come back in a month last week I pulled the tooth with pliers because it was bothering me so much.

These guys are AWSOME I had to give them a really good 2nd review got 2 cavitys filled in today the guy was fast and reasuring as well made me feel great about getting my cavitys filled in he did my wisdome tooth as well another day but he did a GREAT job they are very affordable they work with you!!!as long as you pay up whats owed ypur gonna be just fine thankyou so much eastbay comunity action program for giving me my lofe back you guys did a GREAT job I will deffinetly be back

Fantastic the woman dentist I had an both her assistant's at two separate appointments were so nice and there was no worries at all we the dental work I had done ty so much for everything

Good, The attention is very good, and it shows that they have grown because they remodeled by putting a laboratory, and at the bottom of the windows this WIC she speaks English and Spanish.

You are best to pull out your own teeth because these people are butchers.Painful pulls and won't give proper medication for pain to endure the agony.I once went a hour away to a appointment and was slightly late and they told me to get lost,so i was stranded there the entire day till i could be picked up.They have zero compassion for humans, trust me...avoid this place.Save up for a real dentist or get a credit card.I did.

East Bay Community Action Program has been seeing my kids at their school during school hours and I couldn't be more pleased! Not only is it very convenient since I have three school age children, but they are nice, professional, and they make sure I am informed of any exams and/or future procedures needed. They also send the kids home with gifts like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and flossers. Recently, I needed to have some specific exams performed for the kids before our move to Europe and they were SO HAPPY to accommodate. Kim at the front desk made sure we could get in as soon as possible. I walked in to tell her that I needed some forms completed so my husband could get military orders and when she didn't have any appointments available soon, she said she would call me later that day after trying to squeeze us in. Sure enough, she called a few hours later and got us in for early the following week! When we came to the appointment, the dentist and dental hygienist were SO fantastic. I could not have been more happy with the entire process. I highly recommend East Bay!
