Dentist Dr. Mahsa got her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, in San Francisco; where she graduated with high honors. She loves children and cares for her patients dearly. She has been providing great dental care to children of all ages for over 10 years now. Her philosophy is to provide the highest quality of dentistry with the kindness, patience, and dedication that is necessary when working with children and their parents. She is an active member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and California Pediatric Dental Society.
Dentist Dr. Ladys passion for dentistry started as a young child. Her mother, a dentist and a member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command, brought her to clinics and mission trips to provide free dental care to underserved communities in the Philippines. Dr. Lady got her Bachelor of Science from UC Santa Cruz and went on to Western University, College of Dental Medicine, to pursue her doctorate degree in dentistry. During her time at WesternU, she was awarded the Excellence in Leadership Award and The Glen and Virginia Henson Outstanding Dental Student Award. Dr. Lady always has a big warm smile on her face and loves working with children. Her goal is for children to have the best possible experience during their dental visit and to maintain their oral health. For Dr. Lady, dentistry is taking care of patients health and well-being. It is also a way to give back to the community. Dr. Lady enjoys spending her free time with family and friends trying out new restaurants and always leaving room for dessert.

East Bay is very kid friendly and Dr. Mahsa is the greatest! The only thing reason I didn't give 5 stars is the inconvenience of only one parent allowed even if you have more than one child to be seen.

It was a very nice place Dental Clinics with good atmosphere coz all the assistants, receptionist, and doctors were so friendly and you can feel they really care for you. It was clean place and really kids atmosphere due to their nice calming decors. They kept updating and reminding before your appt and after they check on you when you are already at home. Very professional people they follow your time schedule. Highly recommended !!

The staff is very kind. This visit was my 3rd time bringing my 10yr old son in. My son is afraid of the dentist and the dr. Was very good at reassuring him that the procedure wouldn't hurt and if it did that he could let her know and she would stop immediately. I do however feel, after having more time to think about the work he had done, that some of the extractions were unnecessary. I think a better explanation should have been given and possibly x-rays shared. I wish I could take back allowing them to do them all at once. This experience has left me feeling less trusting and unsure of future procedures.

The office is clean, but I was not too fond of the overall experience. To start, the receptionists were rude and had a bad attitude. I asked for more information about the procedure and the risks of sedating my child and the woman told me to google it. The assistant took one look at the X-rays and went straight into describing the procedure on how they were going to do the fillings and tried to schedule the appointment immediately without offering other options. I felt pressured, and it just didn't feel right. I took my child to another dental office, and we had a wonderful experience. We were given other options and even recommended not to do the fillings unless the teeth started hurting.

Office was very clean and staff was inviting and very professional. everything was explained very well and the dental assistant or dentist that came in was very patient with my four year old it felt like she was in there for 2 minutes the waiting area was very cute I love the paintings on the walls I will suggest them over Children's Hospital
