Hello andwelcome to our office! Many people ask me to share a little information about myself:I was born in Mountain View and raised in Menlo Park, CA. I went to preparatory school in Atherton before attaining a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training from Long Beach State University. As an Athletic Trainer, I worked with many notable professional athletes along the Peninsula before deciding to go to dental school. I was fortunate to attend the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry located in San Francisco, graduatingin 2002. I owned my own practice for 10 years in Milpitas. I have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education to expand my dental expertise. However, more importantly, I try to provide care to the best of my ability every single day. My staff is here toprovide you with excellent service. My family and I live in the Pleasanton. You will see us at high schoolsporting events, farmer's markets and Safeway, of course! When you see me, ask me how my teenagers are doing in sports, how my favorite team (Cowboys) are doing, where I have been traveling to recently, or what fishing or hiking trips I have taken. Very high quality care. From the moment I walked into the front door, I was treated with kindness and respect. I was extremely impressed with the precision of Dr. Chin's work, and his hygienist is amazing as well. I am very happy with my experience, and highly recommend trying him if you are in search of a great dentist!

I must say it was the first time I have been impressed by a dentist. Dr. Chin had great attention to detail and a welcoming attitude. Clean exam rooms and friendly staff, too.

As a new patient, I found Dr. Chin and staff to be welcoming, very good at letting me feel at ease, and excellent communicators (in addition to being experts in dentistry, obviously haha). Both Dr. Chin and hygienist Evelina (Evelyna?) have the rare ability to focus on details while describing the procedure in a friendly way at the same time, and they explained things at the right level of technical detail for me. Alexis at the front desk made the scheduling and logistics go smoothly. Very impressed overall.

First time at Dr. Chin's office. Evelyna did wonderful, thorough cleaning. Dr. Chin spent a lot of time explaining as he checked my teeth for the first time. Lots of time spent with me as a new patient. Very impressed by all, including Alexi the receptionist.

The staff is very welcoming and they really want to help you to their best ability! My first visit with them they took really great care of me and made me feel comfortable. It was just a great overall experience. I definitely recommend East Avenue Dental!!

I got the deep cleaning experience for the first time in my whole life...and it was indeed a right decision to let EAST AVENUE DENTAL take care of it. All my fears and hang ups for the pain I might feel during the treatment are gone..Dr. Stanley, Evelina who did the deep cleaning and Alexis are all so professional and polite dealing with their patients. All the staff are very good at what they do. They let you know about every step that has to be done for you dental care. They care about every step that is taken and make sure You undestand what they are doing and how You feel. Very very clean and they make sure safety procal for covd 19 is looked at. Five stars. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to get 3 cavity fillings and Dr. Chin did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very friendly and welcoming to me. They explained very well what was going on, because this was my first time getting a cavity filled. Thanks to Dr Chin

Evalina is a fantastic hygienist! She's gentle & quick, but thorough. Good conversation too. Dr. Chin & the rest of the staff are terrific - friendly & professional. Office is safe & staff takes appropriate Covid precautions. Recommend booking with them!

I appreciate how Dr. Chin makes the effort to explain everything he is doing. He even shows you the photos of your teeth and points out what he sees going on. Alexis at the front end is courteous , professional and makes you feel at ease right from the get go. Great work you two!
