Im writing this review due to the lack of customer service I received from Ms. Tiffany as well as Dr. Teresa Jordan. My daughter had caps put on her teeth by this doctor. I called the Emergency line overnight because she was fevering and in excruciating pain screaming. No one ever returned my call. I got up this morning and called again just to get chastised about why I missed an appointment and because my daughter has Medicaid she can't miss appointments. I respectfully explained the issue at hand and was told I will see if I can work miracles for you guys as if she's doing my daughter a favor. Very dismissive and disrespectful. My daughter is 6 years old. We are always respectful and kind when we visit and usually get good service. Today was not the case. I am truly disappointed that your Practice would deny my child the care she needs given the information I told you. She could be infected and you obviously don't care. I pray that your kids never experience the treatment you have given myself and my daughter.

I speak on this place as a dental professional. It seems to me that this office takes advantage of patients with Medicaid, this is one reason I've refused to work at any dental establishment that accepts Medicaid. I'm purely speaking on the ethics of this office. There was a lady that I spoke with about her daughter, the daughter had been in pain for a few days, after she told me her babies symptoms, she explained to me that the child had a "bump" on her gum that aligned with a crown. She stated to me that the office would NOT see her child. This in fact is illegal. I called, spoke with Tiffany and she tried to explain to me that she explained the policies to her and the lady should call so they can get it situated. You've already turned away a patient that was deemed urgent. This was in fact an abscess accompanied by a fever. Highly dangerous. Instead of Tiffany communicating this with the doctor, she was scolding this poor mom. It wasn't hard for them to put in a rx for antibiotics until they could get this child in. We all know in the event there's an infection, dental work cannot be performed. You were trying to send this child into the weekend with an abscess. I referred this lady and her child to another provider that saw this child on an emergency appointment and she was so much happier that I was able to help her since this office failed her. Tiffany clearly needs to be trained on how to handle emergency situations.

The reviews got me here... and my personal experience will keep me coming back with my babies!!!! Everyone was super nice, kind and patient!!! Thanks to the dentist- Teresa Jordan, Asher who checked us in, Lashaun and everyone who came to calm my baby down who had his first experience with x-rays, Talia was sweet and Robin- she knows just what to say to help support and calm the kiddos spirit!!! For those I didn't name... forgive me... everyone in that office has a sweet spirit... it was felt, when you stopped what you were doing to came over and assist, when you were in the office and gave a smile... THANK YOU!!! This is truly the way an office should be that serves the public. Life is happening with all of us... but each of you put your best foot forward at work... and I humbly thank you for an awesome experience... something that is more rare than you might think. God Bless You All... and again... THANKS . This past time.. thanks so much to Stephanie, Ursula and Brie!!!

My kids are new patients,& their first experience was the greatest. Very friendly staff and helpful as well. They also care for the kids and safety is not a issue. As far as Covid goes. So if your looking for something a lot better than kool smiles then you've found a Diamond in the ruff...Thank you guys

Customer service is lacking. Maybe its the area but its super disappointing as I really wanted to support a black dentist. Updated reply: I complained to a staff member and you dismissed my child from your office. Clearly you are not interested in my feedback.

Amazing dentist office!! Dr. Jordan, all the hygienists, and front office staff are so helpful and welcoming. I am so thankful my kids had a great first experience at the dentist with Dr. Jordan. I took my first child at 2 y/o and second child at 18 months (he chipped his tooth) and both times they walked out smiling. Dr. Jordan is an excellent dentist and really cares about the kids. Thank you!!!

So far my son has been here twice and both times were very pleasant. The staff is very nice and works well with making the kids comfortable. COVID protocols were followed very well. This is a 20 minute drive for me but it is worth it compared to other locations.

What an awesome dentistry practice in our community. The facility is clean, welcoming and accommodating for children. Dr. Jordan is hands down the best we've been to. She's thorough in evaluating my children's dental health and explains everything so that it's easily comprehended. We've been coming here since she opened and love it!

I use to love this office, was such a pleasant & easy experience for my kids. Now, I'm so over this place. The customer service & the wait times has to do better.

The nicest dentist I've ever been to. Not even my orthodontist could compete. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the staff is super nice (and comical).

My kids had their first appointment today, and I've been in love since! The staff was amazing, everyone greeted us, including those caring for patients. I love the place, didn't even know it existed!!!
