I have always enjoyed the clinical, technical aspect of dental practice and pride myself on being able to deliver excellent dental treatment. Eliminating disease and pain, bringing beauty and function to where there was once decay these arewonderful callings.

I have been in private practice since 2002 and in this practice since 2008. I had braces as a kid; the experience fascinated me and sparked an interest in dentistry. Then my summers, during college, were spent working for an orthodontist.

It was during dental school I realized that while orthodontics was amazing, I had a love and gift for pediatric dentistry. I love seeing children grow up and I love the artistry of making damaged teeth from decay or trauma whole again. Most of all, I love treating all ages of children, from tots to teens, and being a small point of light and encouragement for them. My hope is that as they grow to adults, my patients have a positive attitude toward dentistry which leads to a lifetime of good oral health.

These organizations offer numerous courses that keep me at the forefront of advancements in pediatric dentistry. I am always looking at treatment options that will make my patients healthier and that are simpler and less invasive. I also look for new ways to provide high-quality care at a reasonable cost to our families.

In addition to regular continuing education, I volunteer at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. I participate in their annual Ethics conference and have spoken, several times, to residents in the schools Pediatric Dentistry program.

Im from Montgomery and have lived with my family in Auburn since 2008. My husband Brent and I have been married since 1995. We have two children: Brooks is in college and Mary Helen is in high school. We also have two Yorkie-poos, Allie and Sophie. Our family loves to travel, whether were on a vacation or traveling in service to others.

That said, dentistry is a relatively rare skill. Not many people know how to treat dental disease, yet oral pain and disease is a worldwide problem. I feel strongly that, because I have been gifted these abilities, I should use them to help others.

I absolutely love going internationally and helping people with little or no access to dental care. It has been a huge joy to serve children and many adults across the globe, including the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Kenya, and India. I feel the blessing is mine.

I also feel strongly about supporting children and families. I am a supporter of local organizations that work toward those goals, including foster care, special needs organizations, and organizations that help enable women to keep their babies and thrive.

Up front, our business office staff greets our families with smiles. They are experts at navigating dental insurance plans to make sure our patients get their best benefits based on their individual needs.

Our clinical team members are not only extremely skilled in the practice of dental hygiene, but have big hearts for treating children. Im constantly amazed at what they are able to get the kids to do, turning uncertainty into huge smiles when they obtain a childs first X-rays or polish teeth for the very first time!

What I think I love most about our team, though, is our diversity. While our personalities, backgrounds, and strengths differ, we all work together as a big family. We lean on the strengths of all, so that together we can make our patients and their families comfortable and at home in our office! ~ Dr. Keri

I really love working with the children! Im good at helping to calm nervous kids and getting them to relax. Seeing their smiles at the end of a successful visit is the best! In addition to patient care, I am also the hospital coordinator and handle all Medicaid claims for our patients and families.

My own family keeps me busy outside the office. I have three children: Mallory, Savannah, and Colton. We enjoy vacationing at the beach in the summer, and visiting with family and friends. We stay busy with travel cheer for Mallory and Savannah, and Colton enjoys anything outdoors.

I love interacting with all the kids! I love to gain their trust and show them how easy and fun it is at our office. I clean teeth, take X-rays, and teach kids and parents about proper oral hygiene and healthy diets. Seeing little kids grow into adults with healthy smiles makes me smile.

I love interacting with patients, getting to know each person, and hearing about their interests and activities! I provide dental hygiene care, including gentle and thorough cleanings, as well as home care instructions and patient education. Watching a child develop healthy habits, and a healthy smile, is really fulfilling.

My husband of almost 30 years and I are empty nesters. We have three children, all grown, and are about to become first-time grandparents! I love spending time with my kids when they can visit or I can visit them. I also like to go to the gym to work out and stay in shape, and enjoy shopping excursions.

I love interacting with our patients and parents, and work hard to ensure their visits are easy and free of stress. I handle or oversee all administrative duties for the practice, including insurance, billing, coordinating staff schedules, and meetings. Everything I do is focused on keeping us organized and ready to provide the best care to our patients.

I love interacting with the kids on a one-to-one basis! It is so much fun to chat and laugh with them, earning their trust and friendships. I assist Dr. Keri with patient care, working chairside during procedures. While Im helping her Im also talking with and encouraging our patient, telling them how well theyre doing and how impressed we are with their behavior.

Dr. Keri and our team know that fun, supportive, and safe dental visits are essential: when a child learns that seeing the dentist means seeing with friends lots of laughter and encouragement they feel at ease. This comfort in the dental environment stays with them as they grow and graduate to a general dentist.

Teddy Roosevelt once said, People dont care how much you know until they know how much you care. Dr. Keri and our team know this true, especially with children. We can preach good dental hygiene and diet, but until a child knows that we care about them, and trusts that we have their best interests at heart, their ears might not hear the message.

It is our goal to provide each child with top-notch dental care, offered with kindness and love. It is our hope that our approach will result in a lifetime of good oral health and positive attitudes toward dentistry for every patient we have the pleasure to serve.

We have designed our office to be warm and engaging, starting with reception, which feels like walking into a park. This space has a fountain, 3D trees literally coming from the walls, and a fish tank that children love!

Our clinical spaces continue the theme, and offer televisions, coloring tables, and puppet teaching aids for children to play and learn while they are being seen. Our hygiene area is a bay setting, where kids can see older siblings receiving care and talk with kids their own age, too.

We welcome parents of toddlers and small children to accompany their child while being treated, and extend that option as the little one grows. Having parents and children together, during treatment, helps the family feel secure.

It also allows all of us Dr. Keri, our team, our patient, and their parent to talk about dental hygiene, nutrition, and developing good habits. Were always available to answer questions, provide guidance and encouragement, and share laughter and stories with children and families!

Dr. Miller and Corey were excellent. It was our first visit with my almost 2 yr old, and they were so friendly, helpful and spent time answering my questions. They were great with my timid little girl, and gave her a treat bag at the end. It was a great first impression and would definitely recommend.

My son had his very first visit and he absolutely loved it thanks to everyone! Everyone was so friendly and fast! We were in and out within an hour and a half which is amazing seeing that I had 3 children that had to get check ups. The staff was more than amazing with my children and the Dr explained everything so that I understood the process of everything. Definitely recommend!

Disrespectful, Unprofessional, and Unreasonable. My daughter threw her shoes out the window on the way to my sons appointment. Upon arrival my wife is informed that my 3 year old daughter (that my wife is holding) can't be inside without shoes... Then they inform her that if she doesn't allow my 4 year old son to go to the back by himself that they are going to charge us a cancellation fee. AS UNCOMFORTABLE as this situation made everyone, my son needed to see the dentist. They already rescheduled his appointment once. So now, 4 months later he finally gets to go to the dentist for his post op. GUESS WHAT?! It's a great thing my wife was watching the door like a hawk. My son ran out of this office with tears streaming down his face and almost ran into the parking lot.... You should be ASHAMED of yourselves. Who expects a 4 year old to be able to go to an appointment by himself? Now you have traumatized him, threatened us, and your negligence could of cost something much dearer. I will absolutely Never trust them with my child again.

We've had multiple children as patients here over the past 10 years or so, and couldn't be more pleased! From the front desk to billing to the hygienists and of course, Dr. Keri herself, the highest level of professionalism -- and even more notable, personal warmth and interest in each individual patient -- is immediately evident. The waiting area, restrooms, consultation and exam rooms are impeccable and inviting. My 6-year old loves going to the dentist! And I love how I'm always asked about the older ones who've gone off to different cities, not perfunctorily, but because staff really remembers them and sincerely cares how they're doing. I wish every community had a practice like this!
