Every time I make a appointment and I go when I'm scheduled they can never find it I made an appointment two months in advance to fix a cracked tooth. I show up 20 minutes early and they're closed. I've called multiple times and they never wanna answer the phones I would say this is the worst service I've ever had will be going somewhere else

This place attempted a root canel but couldn't get it done. Been in pain off and on so I call and spoke with someone and said they would call me in 15 minutes after they spoke with the doc here it is 2 weeks later no phone call called back and spoke with someone and she said I will leave and and your number someone will call after lunch 2 weeks later no call. Called again and smoke with a gentleman I'll give you a call back let me talk to doc 2 weeks later no call. At least call me back and say nothing we can do just gotta wait 2 and half months for my appointment in iowa city

The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and they got me in and out in an impressive amount of time. I was a little nervous because I've always been uncomfortable with the dentist, but I'm happy to say I'll be going back in six months!

We drive an hour to get great, friendly service that's hard to find with state insurance and a big family. Definitely glad we made the switch.

Had my teeth cleaned at Ear 2 Ear while I was going to school at University of Iowa and they did a fantastic job. I was having some shooting pains on the left side of my mouth and they managed to help me with that as well. Very friendly and personable staff, and I had a really quick wait time. Highly recommend coming here for your next dental appointment!

THE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE.THE RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SO IS THE DOCTOR. I EXTREMELY SUGGEST NO ONE GOES TO THOS PLACE EVER!!!!!

Yesterday I was in the worst pain I have ever been in in my life including labor. I was scream crying, trying every known home remedy for tooth pain, today I'm sitting here like nothing happened thanks to Dr Evan Stone he is nice and his staff is awesome. I didn't get the employees names, but the lady who helped me, Tiffany, was so patient and kind! I recomemd them to everyone!

I love my new Dentist, he is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explains what is going on through the procedure. The reception team are great as well. Super friendly and they always have smiles on their faces. I am so glad I chose this facility over others. Plus I didn't have to wait for months for my appointment.

I wanted to give this place a five star rating because this is the only place that I have found that will work with both of my children that have autism they were really good to my children yesterday and everything and walk them through every step that they were doing with their cleaning their teeth everything and it made my children feel so much better thank you guys for being there for my kids and being the best dentist office

Had bad experience with another dentist so came here. Wow. They are great. Always have a kids movie playing for my children. They take the time to explain everything and make sure I understand everything. Great service, great staff, highly recommended!!!!

I have had 2 appointment with them now. The first one said whole place was closed to covid. That was August. I rescheduled for December, you would think I would have been sooner. Then today I show up for my appointment and the office is closed, no one answer the phone and the dentist is out of the country for vacation. Grrrr I am not impressed. Be cautious if you schedule with them

Made an appointment back in February, for mid December appointment. A week before the appointment they message saying to reschedule. Apparently the doc has been on vacation for over a month....!! Uh huh.... Why did you schedule knowingly there is no doctor? Why did you waste my time, my son is missing part of a tooth and I have to reschedule again!! No, I'll find another... And y'all lost a doc last year? Just shut down if you can't keep doctors, because it looks like you will be losing patients and people losing their patience....

I was not impressed with the quality of work done here. I don't fell that a proper oral exam was done - no one examined my teeth and gums with a mirror and probe, as has happened at every other dentist I have been to. When I asked why they didn't floss my teeth or descale below the gum line I was told "we use an ultrasonic scaler and so we don't need to." I have crowding of my front teeth and food tends to get stuck there. After the appointment when I went to my car I flossed my front teeth and food still came out. I don't think that right after a cleaning there should still be debris and plaque on my teeth.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for my daughter who was in continuous pain. I was told to arrive 20 minutes early. After arriving 20 minutes early and then waiting an additional hour and a half I was told other patients had worse problems then my daughter and if she wanted to be seen at all I could wait another 2 hours. This is not how scheduling works. understand late starts and appts running behind but specifically bringing in people who arrived after us and making that call on importance before even seeing my daughter was unacceptable.

Phones must NEVER work at this office!!! Been trying to reach them for over 3 days with not one call back!! Figured it would be like just like the one it replaced SMH I'll stop in later for records and I'll find a new dentist that returns calls and answers phones in a timely manner!!

Ive waited 3 months and they consistantly cancel on me because the doctor is never in. Why are you even open. 1 dentist come on now. This place is just as pathetic as the rest of the places here. Its sad

Very comfortable environment. The employees were amazing from the front staff to the dentist to the owner. Highly recommended.
