Saw the dentist because I had a tooth that was loose and would bleed when I flossed. Tell me why did he cap the wrong tooth charged me for it then said sorry when I come back to get the right tooth done they will give me a discount because the one he installed is porcelain like I was supposed to get excited over that. I never went back to them. I really liked them at first the hygienist was the best.

One of the worst dentist I've ever been to, they didn't file my insurance the right way so I had to keep calling them to get them to file it right, so that it would be processed right through my insurance. Now this time all I'm asking them is to send me my EOB for September to my email, they tell you that we have to allow them 24 hrs to send, it's been a few weeks now and everytime I call most of the time it goes straight to voicemail, and when I do get an answer and ask to speak to Raina so she can send me my eob they always say she's not in and say that they will leave a message for her to call me back and it's been about a month now still have not heard from her, it's sad! All I need is for someone to send me a simple email of my EOB!

Haven't been to a dentist since 96. The hygienist at this facility was amazing. Didn't know what to expect, but the experience was pain free and very enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a deep cleaning

I am 42 years old, Over the years I've had various dental work and cleaning done in several states, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, etc. I don't think I've ever gone back to the same dentist and often have avoided them in general because of the people in the offices being condescending, dismissive, and the dental work not lasting. (fillings falling out multiple times, etc) About a month ago I started having REAL bad mouth pain on the right side, upper, lower, ear, eyeball, it all hurt. To add some perspective on pain, I've had multiple kidney stones and various other injuries n' burns and puncture wounds and broken bones, I have vomited and passed out from kidney stone pain. I've pulled nails out of the bottom of my feet that were coming out of the top of my shoes, never cried from all that... but... This mouth stuff was HURTING, the reference pain shooting around my skull was incredible, I was in tears, I had to go to a dentist, no choice. The staff at Eaglin Dental Group are compassionate, they are understanding, they LISTEN. This is the first dentist office that I'll keep going back to if they have the same people in it for whatever my dental needs are. Every person working at Eaglin Dental Group in Fayetteville is super awesome. I don't think I've ever met so many great people working in one spot. Other businesses can definitely take note on how to treat people properly from Eaglin Dental Group in Fayetteville. I have zero complaints (other than my wallets $ complaints lol) and now only time will tell how their work holds up. Thank you Dr. Eaglin and Team. Best Tooth Artists around.

My husband and I are new to Fayetteville. We were each seen at Eaglin Dental Group in February 2022. POSITIVES: Billing department is phenomenal! Costs were printed out and discussed prior to work. Reasonable to low prices. Timely scheduling. Excellent teeth cleaning. Updated equipment. NEUTRALS: Aesthetics. The building is unremarkable. Reception area felt bland. NEGATIVES and why we won't return: Dentist is abrasive. When fixing my husband's cavity, he showed obvious signs of pain but the dentist continued to work offering comforting words such as "almost there" and "you are doing great" instead of another shot. During my appointment the dentist gave me a long list of necessary preventative work. When I scoffed he scoffed back without calming my fears or offering reasons for his recommendations.

Went here about a week before Thanksgiving. I went to get what I thought was a deep cleaning, however the assistant said they had to do xays first, because I was getting braces. The dentist came in and explained all this "work" he wanted to do. Including redoing my crown, because dentist are no longer using ceramic. I was confused! I got a quote from another dentist that never mentioned anything like Eaglin mentioned. The manager told me that she would send everything over to my insurance company for approval right away, so that I can get the deep cleaning done. I told her either way let me know, I can pay out of pocket. I didn't hear anything in a week, so I called. The receptionist said it wasn't sent and she'd resend it. I called again in Dec, still haven't heard back. 2 months later I have not heard anything. Maybe this was a sign not to go to this dentist because he wanted to do what he wanted to do, and not what I asked for.

I am the worst patient because I can't stand anything done on my mouth. I got a periodontist scraping and cleaning along with other procedures done. Yes it was very painful but the Dr. Was very sympathetic and kept adding more numbing injections to help me through all these procedures. I was very pleased with the fast work he did and he was so nice since I already know I'm a difficult patient. Also my dad goes here and loves them. The staff was so nice as well.

The office staff is great and kind but Dr. Eaglin DID NOT help me at all. I've paid nearly $1000 in extractions and pulpoptomies that he recommended I get to save my teeth and have been suffering with pain ever since. After I kept coming back saying nothing has helped, he only suggested I chew with my teeth that doesn't hurt and kept prescribing me antibiotics which we're doing nothing. I requested my teeth be just extracted and he refused unless I got a bone graft which is $400 and I found out that technically wasn't needed and he could've just extracted my teeth but refused. I seen a lot of past previous reviews where people were complaining but wanted to support and trust this dentist and he's let me down hugely. I would not recommend him based off of my experience at all!

Yep I did it again! Drove 5 hours one way to see the one and only best Dentist there is, Dr. Jason Eaglin. After working for him for many years my self and only receiving dental care by him I can say he is hands down the best dentist there is. Now that I moved to Tennessee I am still faithfully making the long drive to receive dental care by only him and his wonderful staff. His office Manager Mrs. Raina is the sweetest of all. #mydentistisbetterthenyours !!!

Extremely impressed by the care I received. There are no dentist within my city in my insurances network and I just needed a deep cleaning. It has been years since I've been able to take care of myself and go to a dentist... I was really nervous going in without being able to go for the last 10 years. I was only 15 the last time I went to a dentist and this was my first time as an adult. I went in for a cleaning, but had 2 cavity's to fill, my xrays were good, but my gums need work. I informed them my wisdom teeth were supposed to be taken out at 15, but my parents couldn't afford it and had a little pain on and off, they told me my x-ray show my wisdom teeth are working for my teeth instead of against. Dr. Curry made the experience a lot more relaxing and was very patient with my pain tolerance, unfortunately I had really heavy allergies so I had to stop several times due to congestion and they accommodated me each time. I believe Dr. Curry was training someone and at one point, I had 3 people in my mouth and although I felt like it would be intimidating.. they still made me comfortable and kept me very relaxed and focused on staying calm and breathing. From the time you walk in, this staff makes you feel VERY welcome, comfortable, and treats you with nothing, but respect. Raina I believe, was the office manager and was so polite, helpful, and caring! I couldn't locate the exact facility and they were so gracious and helpful to still get me in for an appointment. I will be coming back for my in depth scraping. Even though it sounds like a painful experience. I'm glad I found a dentist and office that truly cares for their patients. It definitely makes me a little less nervous. This dentist office has set the standards very high and I hope I can keep coming back here.
