They were very gentle and took their time. I had to get 2 cavities filled and I didn't even feel the numbing going in. I have very sensitive teeth and I didn't feel anything painful or uncomfortable and the staff was so friendly! The front desk receptionist weren't in a rush to get me to sit down, they took their time to answer any questions or concerns I had. The lady that cleaned my teeth, (I don't remember her name) but she took her time and made sure I was comfortable. In the 3 times I went in the last couple weeks I've only had positive experiences. Also, I have never had an office print out a care plan and show the estimated expense before getting a procedure done but that helped me feel confident and at ease being able to expect roughly how much it would cost. (I am a poor college student lol) I have nothing bad to say and I can confidently recommend these guys to everyone!

Our family is always treated with the utmost kindness and courtesy and the assistants and hygienists are always concerned about our comfort. They are professional and efficient. Dr. Bauer provides excellent dental care!

My whole family goes to Dr. Hammond and Dr. Bauer we have loved going to eagle rock dental, everyone is so nice. They have been so wonderful with my little kids. They are always excited to go to the dentist which is so great not to have to fight them to go. My kids don't even realize they get the shot to numb them, that's how great they are. They always try to do everything they can to help.

The staff always greet you in a very cordial and refreshing demeanor. My examinations are comfortable and informative. Any suggested treatment plans are explained with the added information of how urgent or none urgent the recommendations may be. Dr.Bauer is my Dentist, his welcoming attitude puts you at ease and his personal treatment is comfortable and really is painless.

Eagle Rock Dental Care offers a high quality dental care service and has a team of excellent staff. The dental office itself is clean, tidy, well maintained, and just nice to be in, which really helps put you at ease. They generally have a good number of appointments available, often you can call and get an appointment for the following week. They have been my dentist of choice for almost 2 years and I have been consistently satisfied with their excellent service, advice, and genuine care and interest in my concerns. I would recommend Eagle Rock Dental Care to anyone looking for a pleasant dental experience.

Brittney was a fantastic hygenist!! I absolutely loved my experience and it has changed my life forever. They made it easy to keep coming as I struggle through a teeth situation. Dr. Bower is great. Tells you like it is but gives you hope for the future.

True Idaho hospitality! I am visiting from out of town and called because of a toothache. they were more than accommodating and got me in right away! The dentist, hygienist, and office staff were so kind. They were beyond gentle on my teeth and explained everything so thoroughly. Definitely more than a 5 star service.
