They left a drill piece in one of my teeth a few years ago and I accidentally wrote this negative review on the wrong dentist's page. They did not even tell me that they broke it off in my tooth. I didn't know until I got to the Orthodontist. It took the Orthodontist forever to get it out and when I confronted Eagle Rock, they refused to cover the cost of their mistake.

Leslie very un- personable on phone, right to the line rood. Then would see me but would not do anything? 2 other times was in fine? Average

After literally years of searching for a dentist that would accept my insurance, Eagle Rock Dental took me in. I had a pretty severe abscess and they took care of it. They are also working with me to fix the numerous tooth issues I have beyond the initial problem. Wonderful staff and the dentist is comforting and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I hate going to the dentist but these people made me feel comfortable and calm. Thank you for coming to the lost River valley!

The entire staff is upbeat and personable. They put you at ease from the moment you walk in. Dr. Cooper has a great sense of humor. His dental skills are one of the best I've seen.
