Changing dentists after a lifetime can be challenging. Dr. Baird made me feel right at home. He and his staff were welcoming and efficient. Eagle River Smiles also offers an in-house insurance of sorts, providing a nice bonus opportunity.

I have been a patient of Eagle River Smiles since moving to Idaho 2yrs ago and I can say that my experience has been amazing. Dr Baird and his entire staff make me feel like I'm a superstar!!! From the greeting when I enter until the time that I leave, they treat me with a smile and joy... it's a totally pleasurable experience. The assistants don't just "take care of business" they build rapport with you and always make sure you're comfortable. Dr Baird is equally as personable; actually even more. He never recommends anything that's extreme or unneeded and you can tell he sees you as not only a patient but also a real person (not just a number). He not only takes time to find out what your goals are for your smile; but he cares about your personal life as well. He's the BEST... the entire staff for that matter. If I could sum things up I'd say this... It never feels like you're in a dental office; it seems as though you're in a high end spa!! I mean honestly; where else can you get your teeth cleaned while watching a tv on the ceiling and wearing headphones??? Exactly... NOWHERE!!!

I had a very gentle cleaning done at Eagle River Smiles. The staff was cheerful and courteous. You can tell that the Dentist must treat his staff well and everyone seemed to get along and want to help each other. If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further, you will be happy at Eagle River Smiles.

He worked on my front tooth until it looked perfect. I appreciate his patience and the office staff was wonderful! Highly recommend!

I had a very gentle cleaning done at Eagle River Smiles. The staff was cheerful and courteous. You can tell that the Dentist must treat his staff well and everyone seemed to get along and want to help each other. If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further, you will be happy at Eagle River Smiles.

Very unprofessional. After 2 visits last year, they cancel my appointment this year 2 weeks before for reasons Im unsure, and I made it almost 2 months ago! In today's covid-19 climate thats just unacceptable! It takes a while to get an appointment with any medical provider. All those insurance payments are useless if we cant use it.

Dr. Baird is amazing and I trust him. He has never proposed treatment that was unnecessary. He cares so much that he will ask about your children! His valuable team members are not only professional, caring, and they really care. I usually hate dentist because I have TMJ. Dr. Baird is so caring, and gentle I leave without jaw pain or a migraine! I am so happy every time I go in,,,,

Dr. Baird and his staff constantly exceed my expectations. Not only do I trust that my family's dental health is under exceptional care but the warm and friendly culture of the office is so comforting. The space is beautiful with all personal comforts accommodated. I have also been so grateful that the doctor is honest about not doing something unnecessarily just to increase revenue. Multiple times he and his staff has been generous with their time in answering questions via phone, email, and in office that put my concerns to rest and prevent me from spending money without need.

At first I was not super pleased with the customer service when reporting an issue with my crown, but the office manager and the Dr made it right and I am pleased that they were true to their word!

5 stars all around from the friendly staff to the outcome of the treatment. Being a former dental assistant my mom has the foundation to understand treatment plans and when she had visited several other dental offices they wanted to provide a plan that was unnecessary which drove up the treatment costs. Finding Dr Baird, truly was a miracle he took the time to understand what was needed and performed it flawlessly and for that we are Sincerely grateful for his expertise, precision, going above and beyond for patient care and for taking the time to ensure Ultimate patient satisfaction. Thank You Dr Baird and your staff for an overall excellent experience.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Baird and his team. They were fast, efficient, kind and professional. I had a chipped tooth repaired and an exam. I am so pleased with the outcome. I will be sending all of my family and friend to Dr Baird and his team. Well done!
