Dr. Grimm graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 1990 with a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1996. Upon graduation, he was commisioned as a Dental Officer in the United States Navy. His assignments included Norfolk, VA, Charleston, SC. He was also the Dental Division Officer onboard the aircraft carrier, USS John F. Kennedy. Dr. Grimm moved to the Houston area following his Honorable Discharge from the Navy in 2001. Dr. Grimm and his wife, Sherri (Texas A&M '96), have two sons, Joey and Matthew, and a menagerie of animals including two dogs, four cats, and three horses. In his spare time, he enjoys working with local and national animal rescue groups as well as spending time outdoors with his family. Dr. Grimm is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has a special interest in orthodontics and dental implants.
Marcia has been practicing dental hygiene for 14 years. She has degrees from Blinn College and the University of North Texas. Marcia enjoys spending time with her family, which includes 3 cats. When she's not at home or at work, Marcia can be found volunteering at the Aggieland Humane Socitey.
Jan has been practicing dental hygiene for 23 years, most of which has been in east Texas. She graduated in 1994 from the University of Texas School of Dental Hygiene in Houston. She has a passion for people, photography, her church, and family. Jan also enjoys spending time outdoors.
Christy is the office manager here at Eagle River Dental Associates. She graduated from Bryan High School and then Blinn College with her dental assistant certification. She's a Registered Dental Assistant, CPR certified, and is certified in the use of the Self-Ligation Appliance System for Orthodontics. The highlight of her day is when patients walk in the front door and assisting Dr. Grimm with orthodontic patients, watching the beautiful smiles being created. Christy is blessed with three amazing children, two sons and one daughter, and most recently a granddaughter. Her daughter, Brooke, is a competitive dancer and artist. In her spare time she loves crafting, watching baseball and football, traveling, spending time with her two brothers and their families, helping her parents with chores to maintain their land, and she loves watching her daughter dance! She says, 'I'm blessed to work with such an amazing team that she considers her family.'
