Constantly rescheduling, long waits in office, and not even good dental practice. I do not recommend unless you are fine with a "whatever happens just happens" business. UPDATE: I left this review after being cancelled on two days in a row and they responded by telling me to find a new place to go to. I wouldnt have recommended this business nefore but I for sure wont now.

Incompetent staff, completely and totally. Cancelled so many appointments that i've wasted atleast 200$ going here and getting canceled on when i'm 10 minutes away. Disgusting practices at work, will never tell you when they've canceled on you until 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Cannot reccomend even in the slightest. Disgusting. UPDATE- They've banned me from coming back because of this review. If they were any smarter they'd just accept it and attempt to do better, however nothing has changed. Waste of money and time. The staff is unprofessional and childish, get a different dentist if you'd like to be treated.

Very very kind ladies!! I was terrified to go and it was a walk in the park! Would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work!! Very happy with hope things went today and the kindness that was given! Thanks ladies you rock!!!

I absolutely loved my experience with Eagle Grove Family Dentistry! This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Shaver and her team, they were all so friendly, informative and absolutely helpful!! I'm from Mason City, and it is deffinatley worth the drive to go to a dentist who is helpful with meeting oral health and appearance goals! I can't wait until my next appointment! I really enjoyed the therapy dogs as well, they are so friendly and very cute!

Id give 0 stars but I had to he able to leave a review. They have cancelled my appointment twi weeks in a row now. The day of my appointment. I know I'm not the only one they do this to. Not sure how they're even still open

I wouldn't give this place one star but I have to for the review. It's a very dirty place. The floor looks like they never vacuum, there's holes in the ceiling, the patient chairs are falling apart. And they have two dogs that roam in the place. To me that's very unsanitary. I never been to a dentist office like that, and I don't plan on going back.
