Dr. Rose received her doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, and her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Rochesters Eastman Institute for Oral Health.
For over a decade, Dr. Rose was a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. In this capacity, she taught and mentored pre-doctoral and graduate students specializing in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Roses primary interest is reducing oral diseases in children, and she has published widely in this area.
At her pediatric dental practice, Dr. Rose combines her love for storytelling and humming tunes as a way to keep patients intrigued and relaxed during treatment. With her patients asking for more stories after each visit, she has been inspired to write the stories so theyd be available to all children around the world. Dr. Roses books are fun and witty with an aim to help children understand the importance of dental care and healthy teeth. They are humorous, insightful, thought-provoking, and sometimes peculiar stories that promise to keep kids inspired about their dental health.
Dr. Shahram Shamloo (affectionately known as Dr. Sean) earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the internationally recognized Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Shamloo is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. In this capacity, he teaches and mentors dental students in Restorative Dentistry.
When not teaching, Dr. Shamloo provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. He is well known for his outstanding clinical skills in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, his gentle manner and professionalism.
Dr. Shamloo joined our practice in January 2015 and is excited to be a part of our team and to continue our tradition of providing outstanding care to children and patients with special needs. He is involved in various charitable organizations including The Garces Foundation that provides free preventive dental care to populations with no access to oral health care. Dr Shamloo is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and currently resides in Collegville with his wife and young son.
Dr. Lovika Kalra (also known as Dr. Lovi) earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Penn Dental Medicine/Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Lovis passion for pediatric Dentistry developed during her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University where she worked with the National Children's Oral Health Foundation to increase access to oral health care for the children and families of Washington DC. The profound oral health disparities she encountered, strengthened her commitment to childrens oral health.
Dr. Lovi enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and believes this is the first step towards setting children at ease in a dental environment. Outside of Eagle Crest, Dr. Lovi enjoys her recent Peloton discovery, reading, and experimenting with new recipes!
Dr. Meena earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with OKU Honor. She is Board-Certified in General Dentistry and has committed her scope of care to children and patients with special health care needs.
Dr. Meena developed her special connection with pediatric patients while she was a student in Dental School. She proceeded to provide oral health care to children and those with special health care needs in a not-for-profit Childrens Dental Center in the Philadelphia area.
We recognize that each and every child is special. Our highly skilled staff spends the time to allay any fears, apprehension, or concerns our patients may have. We always find something positive in our patients and reward them to reinforce positive behavior on their own. This is important to us because of our commitment that each child leaves with a smile.

Today I had the pleasure of taking my daughter to her first dental appointment here at Eagle Crest Pediatric Dentistry My daughter and I were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome as soon as we entered the office, the front desk staff and even the patients passing by were pleasant it was a good experience all around and my daughter did so well the staff made her feel secure and comfortable during her checkup!

My kid is in love with this place we used to go to a different dentist and he messed my child's teeth up and my child was in bearing pain but ever since I came here I've been happy and he's happy I tell everyone to go here even though the drive is longer it's worth it I come all the way from center city :)

Dr. Rose is very compassionate and is passionate about her patients and her practice.I love her books. I feel it is very unique and a blessing to have your children's dentist to be an Author and Dr. She is very open-minded and offers feedback. If you ever have any issues, just simply call to speak with her.

The receptionist or the admin staff are very helpful and found the insurance information for us without any problem. It seems like a well run machine here. The dentist was nice even though she didn't make any comment on whether her patient is doing a good job or any area of improvement.

Everyone who works here is so positive and good-natured with kids. My 3 kids were in and out in 30 mins for their cleaning. Definitely recommend Dr. Rose and everyone here!

Eagle Crest has been such a great experience for my son! We started bringing him for cleanings when he turned 1 and it's always a good appointment. The staff helps ensure a calm and easy cleaning. About 6 months ago my son fell and dislodged a front tooth. The team let us come in almost immediately and did X-rays, and explained how to take care of it. Thankfully the tooth stayed, and they e done follow up X-rays and visits to make sure it stays healthy. We moved and are further away now and are happy to make the drive for this excellent team!
