I cannot rave enough about Dr. Raskin and his entire staff. I know it's super cliche to say they "treat you like family", but they really do. It seems a thing of the past to walk into a business and actually *feel* welcomed, and they nail it every time. I waited to write this review, as I heavily rely on reviews and wanted to give it a fair go. I avoided any dentist at all costs for over 10 years. I decided that now that I am in my thirties, I needed to be realistic about a dentist. I bit the bullet and made an appointment. Within the last year, I have had fillings, cleanings, and by the time I was to receive my TWO ROOT CANALS (my nightmare for many moons), I had very little fear. The staff makes me wish I worked there. The way they interact with each other feels like a family. I very much appreciate the lovely ladies that handle the front desk. My appointment scheduling process was a breeze each time. They also went over pricing with me before any work was done and helped me schedule things out around when my insurance would change and helped me with my payment plan. I put my trust into them because I am illiterate when it comes to making good financial decisions; they didn't steer me wrong and I could honestly tell they had my best interest each time. There were two separate times that I had an issue with two separate fillings, and they got me in right away and fixed the issues promptly. I did not once feel judged for being gross (again, over 10 years since I let anyone stick any sharp metal instruments in my mouth), an inconvenience, or very nervous at all-- both the doctor and the staff kept me updated with what was going on each step of the way with every process. I never in a million trillion years thought I'd say I didn't *mind* going to the dentist, but I truly don't. I am lucky to say that I've found my dentist office and feel like I will be taken care of for a long, long time. Go see Dr. Raskin and his staff. You won't regret it, and you might even begin to look forward to it :)

Dr. Raskin and his team are fantastic! They really care about you as a person and not just a patient. Dr. Raskin is a ball of energy and his passion for dentistry is contagious.

After a terrible dentist experience growing up I was terrified to go anywhere, and this place is the ONLY place I'll go now!! After 10+ years of putting off my teeth, I'm finally fixing them thanks to the amazing team here! Every single person in that office is so amazing. Nothing but good things to say.

I arrived at my appointment and was told by Dana that she didn't think I was coming. My appointment was at 3 and I arrived on time so I'm now confused. She stated that she left me a few voicemails and text messages to confirm appointment. Which I don't have any voicemail or text to confirm appointment. I received 1 text from the office. It was from the hygienist asking if I had any concerns she could address at my appointment. I stated I've had this appointment for 3 months and I would have canceled if I wasn't going to make it. She told me she had given my appointment to someone else. If I had flexibility in my time they could get me in and if I didn't she'd have to reschedule my appointment. I have a full time job and I switched my schedule to make this appointment. After waiting for an hour, I told her to cancel the appointment and I'd find a different office to go to. The manager of the office asked if I would stay and let them complete my service. I got back to the chair shortly after. My guard was up with the rest of the team because of the service I received when I arrived. I'm still deciding if I'll return for my treatment or find another dentist to receive care. First impression are extremely important and they did not make a good one with me!

Dr Raskin and the whole staff were all so welcoming and made going to dentist fun. They were thorough and explained everything with a clear action plan for my dental care. 10/10 would recommend.

Yeaaaa!!!! Wonderful Experience. Dr. Raskin is the best DDS ever. He and his staff are absolutely Professional!! My teeth are much healthier since I been a client at Eagle Creek Dental. They all need an Oscar!

The reception was great when I entered. I enjoyed the music while waiting. Brittney made me feel very comfortable and explained clearly what she was doing to get me ready to see Dr. Raskin. He made me feel very comfortable too. I am glad I chose Eagle Creek Dental Associates for my dental needs. Thank you!

The dentist's office is very professional and seems to have all the latest technology; however, I felt like I was in a high-pressure sales environment and was trying to by upsold the entire 1.5 hours I was there
