When this practice was just Dr Saltzman, it was fine. But since this new group took over, the last time I went, the hygienist was really rough, and now suddenly I'm getting billed six months later for an unsuccessful fix for a botched procedure that I was originally told I wouldn't be charged for. I will not be going back. These new people are shady. Edit: after leaving this review, they did contact me and said they wouldn't charge me. I still don't trust these people and will never go back.

Under new management! I've been a patent here for several years. Always had a great experience...Imagine, my great relief, when "Under New Management" it got even better! They have a great team, that really cares! Hope to keep them for many more years to come.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Makam. The entire staff was so welcoming. Had to bring my baby last minute and no one batted an eye, even had baby toys for him to play with! A added plus is it's in a great area too, went for a walk and got groceries right after.

Cary Town Dental is a wonderful Dental Office. The staff are very professional and friendly. The Dentist there are excellent and they use top notch equipment. I have been going there for over 15 years. ***** L Christian

Chelsea was so nice and caring. My teeth hadn't been done in a year so the scraping was a little painful and I still am slightly sore. She did numb me and I was happy with her.

I had my first tooth extracted by Dr. Pooja Makam. Right from the evaluation till complete recovery, Dr. Makam has been very prompt and well thought thru in her responses to every query of mine. Her staff is equally exceptional and so shifted my regular checkups to her practice. Impressed!

I am very happy with the service I have received in the last 10+ years. They accommodated me in a timely manner on a Friday when I needed an emergency appointment. Dr. Saltzmann, Dr. Makam, and their staff are very nice!

It used to be Saltzman dentistry and back then I gave them 5 stars. Unfortunately, Dr. Saltzman retired and there was a significant change in personnel. Can say nothing about the new dentist yet, but I was not impressed with their new hygienist. Also, it looks like they have implemented some cost cutting measures - they used to have mouthwash in hygienists' bays, but not anymore.

We have been patients of Dr salzman for 4 years and we both have visited the office after the ownership change. The office is still amazing with a great staff, highly recommend.

I had not been to a dentist in a while. Dr. Makam did not judge me or try to oversell me. Her and her team did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and to provide the best care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Makam to anyone looking for a dentist who cares about you as a patient first.
