Dr. O El-Hillal and Dr. Wil Saavedra are orthodontists that believe in providing the patient with the right orthodontic care, specializing in Damon Braces, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. At E&S Orthodontics, we specialize in patient-centric care. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with a memorable and comfortable experience during your care. Our team members have specialized training in customer care in order to anticipate your needs. Our team is divided into three departments:
Dr. O El-Hillal received his Bachelors Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At Temple University School of Dentistry, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, MBA, Master of Science in Oral Biology, and Orthodontic Specialty certification. Dr. El-Hillal (affectionately called Dr. O by his patients) has been published in numerous professional journals. He was Chief Resident and has held several other leadership roles when he was receiving training.
Dr. Wil Saavedra made his childhood home in Virginia, and attended Radford (VA) University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS), as well as his Master of Science in Oral Biology, along with a speciality certificate in Orthodontics from the Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Saavedra brings a devotion to new technologies and consistent learning to his work. By remaining on top of technological advancements, he helps maintain E&S Orthodontics as one of the most advanced dental practices.
Dr. Dykman, our Orthodontist in Chandler AZ, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Dentistry degree from the University of Michigan. He was also a Research Fellow for eight years at the University of Michigan Center for Human Growth and Development. Dr. Dykman also completed his Orthodontics certificate at the University of Toronto during his research tenure. He is also an Invisalign Preferred provider. He is also a member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. O is known for his laid-back style and ability to communicate with patients and parents. When hes not helping patients achieve their dream smiles, he enjoys biking, golfing, spending time with his loving family, hiking, scuba diving, and running.

Dr. Saavedra is known for his capability to work with patients using his meticulous attention to detail to achieve the best results possible. When he isnt working, Dr. Saavedra enjoys spending time working with computers, biking, spending time with his family, and exercising.
Dr. Dykman, our Orthodontist in Chandler AZ, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Dentistry degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Dykman was a part of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society during his dental school days. He was also a part of the Omicron Kappa Epsilon academic society. To this day, Dr. Dykman is still a part of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He is also a member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Dykman and his family actively participate in community affairs. Dr. Dykman has practiced orthodontics in Michigan from 1978 to 1988 and in Arizona since 1991. Outside of work, Dr. Dykman enjoys landscaping, traveling, and golfing.

Great experience with E&S in Peoria from beginning to end! I followed the given instructions and my treatment was completed earlier than expected. Staff are always friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend it! :)

This is my second set of braces here. My first with Dr. O, who is amazing. Unfortunately, he moved to another office. My 2nd set is disappointing. My teeth are completely off, still have space and my top teeth rub on lowers. I was told to have my dentist file my teeth Office staff has high turnover and that doesn't help.

My daughter had her braces removed today and Berta was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, experienced, gentle, and friendly. She provides wonderful service. Thank you Berta! Our experience at E&S overall has been great and highly recommend E&S.

The Peoria location is by far the best ortho office ever.. they make getting braces easy! The most friendly staff ever and if you need an appointment asap because your kiddo broke a bracket they will make it work for your schedule! Can not recommend this location enough ! A must for all your ortho needs!

10/10 recommend!! From the time you walk in the staff is so welcoming! It is the cleanest office I have ever been in. There are beautiful decorations! I got a tour and they gave me a step by step of what they will be doing with my little one. I am just in the open room next door while they did her X-rays. Which for me is a big deal I don't let me kids go anywhere in a office without me. They told me we will go here next then talk about plans after. I can hear the tech having a caring conversation with my daughter. Asking her if she is excited for braces and if she made the little charm on her phone. It is those little things of them caring about your kiddo that gives you the reassurance you came to the right place. They were able to do braces same day! We weren't able to but they had an appointment for the next day! Again 10/10 recommend!!

I absolutely would NOT recommend this orthodontics office!! When we walked in for our first appointment, a parent infront of us was very upset that his daughter's brackets had popped off that same day they were put on, that should have been our sign to leave!! Continued with our consultation and decided to go with them because the orthodontist seemed very knowledgeable, they sent my daughter to get her braces put on but seemed very busy. Finally sat my daughter down with a young lady that looked super confused, another lady told her that my daughter needed a full set of braces and asked if she could do it...the look on the young ladie's face said it all, she was very uncomfortable as she said "ummm...ya." She asked a coworker many questions about how and what to do numerous times. It has been downhill since!!!! My daughter's brackets seem to pop off every week! She has been eating nothing but soft foods!! The office is not very close to me and gas prices do not help. When I call it always seems they don't have any availability, so my daughter is stuck with broken falling off brackets and not able to eat! The office has told me they are short staffed and hiring new people, OBVIOUSLY not training them correctly and just throwing them out there to put 6,000 dollar braces on people!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I would have chosen another orthodontist! Now my family just feels stuck after paying such a large amount of money for such an unprofessional job they have done!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

We started our journey with E&S almost a year ago. The doctors very kind, patient and caring. He took time to explain all the options, process and answered all our questions. The staff us very friendly and helpful. No matter what our needs are they always fit us in quickly and work with my busy schedule. We never have to wait to be seen. I've always felt comfortable with the staff. All the doctors have been, informative, transparent and friendly. All the asistants have been great but Berta really us the sweetheart. I always enjoy my visits. They have an effective system, one gets in at their appointment time and you get out at the estimated time.
