At E&S Orthodontics, we specialize in patient-centric care. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with a memorable and comfortable experience during your care. Dr. O El-Hillal received his Bachelors Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At Temple University School of Dentistry, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, MBA, Master of Science in Oral Biology, and Orthodontic Specialty certification. Dr. El-Hillal (affectionately called Dr. O by his patients) has been published in numerous professional journals. He was Chief Resident and has held several other leadership roles when he was receiving training.
Dr. Wil Saavedra made his childhood home in Virginia, and attended Radford (VA) University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS), as well as his Master of Science in Oral Biology, along with a speciality certificate in Orthodontics from the Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Saavedra brings a devotion to new technologies and consistent learning to his work. By remaining on top of technological advancements, he helps maintain E&S Orthodontics as one of the most advanced dental practices.
Dr. Dykman, our Orthodontist in Chandler AZ, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Dentistry degree from the University of Michigan. He was also a Research Fellow for eight years at the University of Michigan Center for Human Growth and Development. Dr. Dykman also completed his Orthodontics certificate at the University of Toronto during his research tenure. He is also an Invisalign Preferred provider. He is also a member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. O is known for his laid-back style and ability to communicate with patients and parents. When hes not helping patients achieve their dream smiles, he enjoys biking, golfing, spending time with his loving family, hiking, scuba diving, and running.

Dr. Saavedra is known for his capability to work with patients using his meticulous attention to detail to achieve the best results possible. When he isnt working, Dr. Saavedra enjoys spending time working with computers, biking, spending time with his family, and exercising.
Dr. Dykman, our Orthodontist in Chandler AZ, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Dentistry degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Dykman was a part of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society during his dental school days. He was also a part of the Omicron Kappa Epsilon academic society. To this day, Dr. Dykman is still a part of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He is also a member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Dykman and his family actively participate in community affairs. Dr. Dykman has practiced orthodontics in Michigan from 1978 to 1988 and in Arizona since 1991. Outside of work, Dr. Dykman enjoys landscaping, traveling, and golfing.

I will keep my long story short. I had Invisalign installed here on a Thursday. Within less than 24 hours, I began having a reaction to the Invisalign. Gums, itching, stomachache, nausea, going to the bathroom over and over until I removed the Invisalign and kept it out thinking it was causing my sickness. The symptoms never directly returned so I assumed it was the Invisalign and wanted the bonds removed by Friday (the day after) I called the office where I got it installed hoping they'd hear my symptoms and share in my concern but they did not and they also refused to remove the bonds. Without the Invisalign over them, they were cutting into my gums and I wasn't going to use Invisalign again. At this point, I was in tears because I couldn't even eat, let alone barely talk, so they transferred me to someone else, who promised they'd at least "talk about it" with me Monday. Sooo I have to suffer like this the whole weekend? I just gave up on them after this point and went right to an emergency dentist who kindly and quickly removed my bonds. E&S Orthodontics of Tolleson made me feel like a prisoner of my own mouth and then never spoke to me again or even attempted to apologize to me. They only called my husband to finish the refund and I have never heard from this company again. Hopefully, you don't have any sensitivities/allergies that may cause you issue but if you do...just, beware. All of my symptoms subsided after discontinuing Invisalign.

For 3 years we were treated with caring, understanding and caring by Jessica the lead dental assistant. She always found a way to calm my daughter from her fears. Her service is excellent !! The 2 dentist that we saw are also really good, highly recommend this office for any families looking for Patient caring staff. A note from my daughter Jessica made me realize that she has always been a wonderful person to me. I always get shy and nervous about going to the dentist but I realize that you can't have fears about the dentist I mean it can be scary but you know that you have to be brave and Jessica will always be the smartest amazing beautiful person and we will always be friends.

Dr. O and his whole staff is amazing! Very clean and pretty office. From the moment we walked in Yoselyne greeted us with a big smile . My daughter was taken back on time and Elyse did a great job in explaining what the appointment consisted of since I decided to wait in the lobby. I DEFINITELY will be telling friends, family and coworkers about E&S

Best experience ever at an orthodontist office. Dr. O was very descriptive and informative on what my teeth needed. Jessica made me feel super comfortable on my visit and made my payment plan very easy to understand. Yoselyn was very friendly and welcoming. Overall very good experience on my first visit.

I have been taking my girls here for the past 3 years. From the beginning it has been a very pleasant experience. Always filled with the nicest people. Today Elise was super nice and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Literally gave me her seat so I could be comfy while we waited. Super nice. She replaced my daughter's wires and my daughter said she is her favorite so far.

Don't live in the area but saw that Dr. O was willing to give second opinions online for orthodontic treatment. I emailed him for a second opinion on my braces treatment and he responded quickly with his honest opinion. Very nice of him to take time out of his day to help people looking for a second opinion and advice.

This is the best orthodontist in the valley. E&S ortho have different locations and convenient hours to serve us better. I always get a friendly greeting soon as I walk in the door. I referred a friend I hope she love the office as much I do.
